Aside from the ending and MP enforcement to get the EMS up, I feel ME3 is a beautiful game...epic... But if there is one thing that really bugs me throughout the game itself, it's the over inclusion of Liara, I just felt dogged by her...she has the lions share of dialogs, lions share of enforced missions, lions share of essentiality, lions share of screen and Normandy time...I just felt she was on Sheps heels way too much with inclusion and cut scenes....Does anyone else feel this way?

Did notice there was alot of Liara. But she being the shadow broker would have alot of recources/intelligences. Plus, shes awesome.

Brace yourself, OP; you're about to get swarmed by the "Blue Baby Brigade".

For the record, Liara is one of my Top 5 characters. But the focus on her was definitely a little too much. I can only imagine how those who dislike her must feel.

Blueberry is a developer favourite.

I dislike how her romance is considered 'canon', seriously, she makes a good enough friend, I didn't need her DAD thinking we were ****ing each other in my Garrusmance.

No. But she is included so much because she is the only one who is a guaranteed sqaudmate and has been around since ME1. Would you rather have Vega or EDI be the centralized ones?

She is/was the Shadow Broker... the connection of all secrets and resources there were to be had... she had a right to be a key figure.

That and she's a blue alien

There is no such thing as too much Liara!!! :)

Joking aside, she has a lot of dialogue but then, it was very clear since ME2 that she would be one of the series' main plot drivers. You need those in the narrative so someone has to do it. I am not sad that it was Liara. It makes sense.

I wouldnt say she was that present.... Yeah, she had a lot of presence, but Ash/Kaidan was fairly important too. And dont forget, Liara is highly relevant to the plot as the prothean expert etc.

This NEVER made any sense to me, out of ALL the people we had, in ME2 she was too busy FINDING the SB to join us, but now that she IS the SB, she can join us.

i don't think theres to much Liara, more like not enough: Garrus, Tali, Joker or Chakwas
they don't really stack up in terms of face time, but possible future dlc could fix that... dlc can fix anything... :)

I actually thought there was not enough Liara  :wizard:

But maybe it is more a problem of the rest not getting much, I mean I thought the reason we would had less squadmates in 3 was so they had more dialogue but they felt like they had more or less the same from ME2, the big increase was in mission specific and banter stuff, which although nice it does not feels the same as when you directly interact with them.

I really started like Liara a lot after the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC. She was such a bad ass in that. So no, the more the better.

I didn't get enough Liara. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions.

...unless they differ from mine, muhahahahaha! ...just kidding. But I do love Liara.

She IS the Shadow Broker and stuff...She's like your intelligence hub.

Besides I feel like she always stood for the alien characters in the ME games. Dont' get me wrong, they're all great, but she's Biowares poster girl for all the alien creatures. And there's nothing wrong with that because I think out of all characters you meet in the game, she has the most development.
