So, according to www.gamezone.com/products/mass-effect-3/news/enraged-fan-claims-mass-effect-3-ending-was-false-advertising, our good buddy went to the Better Business Bureau as well. You know, the guys you used to call and report the plumber who made off with all your copper pipes before Yelp.....They got it so right with Picard facepalm..
Wait, FTC guy went to the BBB too?!?

Well, its his right as a consumer. Not really sure why everyone keeps going "oh its just a game people, get over it" Its a product. The guy invested his money & time into the product that he isn't pleased with so he can do whatever he wants to try and resolve it.
Dudes/Duddettes have the right to do whatever they want, hate/love a product. No point in an article about someone exercising those rights. Unless the article is unbiased and remains neutral.
If anything these articles that keep popping up always end up one sided, they should include both positions from both sides showing:
A:Fans are unhappy for the following reasons
B:Fans love the game and are fine with it
C:The fans in between who loved every minute of it and then face palmed when there wasn't really the closure that was needed for them.
D:Whatever, you get the idea.

Yeah i agree it's within his rights as a consumer. Like 85% of people fell gyped. Is it extreme sure but bioware has done nothing to patch this game to function properly. When i pay $80 dollars i expect it to work flawlessly. Cause i know damn well if some one buys a brand new tv and find out its broken out of the box and missing pieces. You can expect rage. All this could stop if bioware just gives the fans what they want. I personally can wait for ending dlc as i want them to get it right.
