@TomHark that's what I think as well. It's somewhat borne out by EDI's appearance at the end in some games, even if you pick red.

After being presented with Starchild bull****, I honestly stopped caring about the ending and just chose green because I like JeffxEdi cutscene.
However, this still enrages me beyond words

That said, the only way I see them fixing the issue is by releasing DLC war assets (which will produce another ****storm because it will look like they planned it all along even if it was just an oversight)
