not sure anyone has already mentioned this, if the god kid is the avatar of Harbinger and the entire conversation is Harbinger's indoctrination attempt then why will the god kid even present Shepard with the choice to destroy reapers (which leads to 1 second moving chest armor). Shepard seems unable to question the god kid's any proposition so if Harbinger is the god kid he might as well just claim reapers are forces of good so you either synthesize with reapers or control the reapers both will favor the reapers. And then Shepard will have to go through a complex dialogue and only with high enough Paragon Renegade points can he find out the truth and avoid the ending we are all getting right now. the indoctrination theory is logically bankrupt
