We're talking about the woman who is capable of headbutting krogan, punching out reporters, killing thresher maws with pistols (yes, it's possible!), talking multiple indoctrinated people into suicide, taking on an entire base of Collectors pretty much on her own, killing something as old and massive as the Thorian, taking out multiple asari commando squads, etc., and you're concerned that she can't carry a couple hundred pounds ten feet?

At least the animation was better this time around than on Virmire...

Don't Alliance soldiers get some standard genetic enhancements when they join up? I always figured that included some stuff to increase strength and whatnot. Plus, she's got Cerberus implants and who knows what those do.

She does the same thing in ME1 if you have Kaidan arm the nuke, then save him. I think it's kind of funny and awesome at the same time.

The Power Armor, Alliance genetic enhancements and Cerberus 'upgrades' that let you handle Geth and Krogan weapons that would shatter normal humans seems to indicate you've gotten a tad bit of strength.

All alliance soldiers get standardized genetic enhancements, and N7's get them on a level above that iirc.
