 I purchased this game about 4 days ago. I've been doing alot of reading on the forums and have come to understand the multiplayer is still quite buggy, but I am experiencing an issue that I have yet to see referenced here.


Complete failure to purchase gear packages. After the first several games I played on Multiplayer, I was no longer able to purchase any equipment packages whatsoever. Recruit, Veteran, Spectre - even the promotional box. Any attempt to buy equipment results categorically in failure, however the cost has not been deducted from my credits.


Any suggestions for how to fix this?

I had that happen. And then I logged out and when I logged back in I discovered I had purchased the Specter package ONLY b/c I looked at my available credits and I was 60000 less. The only way I found out what I had purchased was when I looked at my human adept and saw an asari adept had been unlocked.
I also have the problem where I have purchased 4 different packages at different levels and got NO medigel.
