Uhg i couldnt STAND FF13 so I traded it in after giving up on ever finishing it. It was like torture playing that game for some reason. I got Oblivion to play over the summer with the money I got for trading FF13 in.
I think I played FF13 for about 12 minutes.
I'm busily raising my guild status in EQ2 so I can have a guild hall now.
Maybe I'll name one of my house pets Alistair so I can be relevant.
12 minutes is pretty much the average time needed to play to get a general clue what it's all about.
Never played EQ2, though I've had friends trying it. Been leveling an alt with a friend on World of Warcraft. Started out at lv1 both of us. We've just entered Northrend so it's not much further now.

I just finished the last episode of Castle, thank you for the recamendation, do you know if there will be more?
You're welcome! Castle has been renewed! So there'll be another season at least.
Recent episode of "Bones" had Robert Englund (the original Freddy Kreuger) playing a creepy school janitor. Awesome.
"Lost" is finally going to go away after terminally confusing me and thinking that the last hour should just be a PSA printed on the screen "We wrote ourselves into a corner we can't even find. Sorry. We got nothin'"

Husband and I have been on again and off again in Warcraft since Beta. Both of us have had accounts hacked though, which usually makes us seek out other games. I had my account stripped, and characters outright deleted. Not so much fun. But I have played the hell out of it,
But now that my computer graphics card can keep up with EQ2 (I used to have to play it on minimal graphics, not as much fun) I'm entranced.
Especially decorating houses. And they have a card game that goes with it - Legends of Norrath - that I also love. So for me I'm definitely in the EQ2 swing. Husband and I have canceled our Warcraft accounts for a bit. I always go back eventually, but playing tons of characters at max level - gets really boring. And EQ2 has a much better crafting and broker system IMO.
It's a long haul through Northrend, but a fun one. Have fun putting puppies in bags!

We've leveled mostly through dungeons. It's been an interesting experience for sure. Everything from bots to clueless people to some who just go out of their way to start an argument over petty things. Oh and Rambo tanks. I love those. "I can pull the entire room no problem." Pulls room. Dies horribly. Party leaves.
I'm pretty much a straight soloist and I've only been in groups a fraction of a percent of the time I spent playing. Also, all channels off, and on roleplay servers where I'm not assaulted by dumb-ass names.
It's a shame that after death, when all social obligations are generally over in reality, you're supposed to drag yourself back to try something you failed to do before.
Why I won't play games that have corpse retrieval...ever...again.
It's a lot of fun though. And right now that's what I ask in a game. Fun and pretty. Challenging...meh, I could do without. But both EQ and Warcraft have long histories of lore and stories and a good sense of anachronistic humor. I still giggle every time I see "Trapper Coalbear" in the Butcherblock Mountains talking about how "bears" are the biggest threat. Stephen Colbert Threatdown!

I find the concept ludicrous. Alistair couldn't tie his shoes without the PC there to point out that he's not even WEARING shoes. He'd probably have died in the tower, the torch was never lit, and Loghain would've died because the beacon was never lit so he never knew when to retreat.
This is now my favoritest alternate dimension.
It's even better than the one without shrimp. (Been rewatching Buffy. 'ware obscure references.)
Well, in the continuing adventures of alternate world Dragon Age, Shale figured out how to fall over without moving, and now lies contentedly face-down in squashed pigeon. Oghren moved to Denerim and opened up a shop next to a dwarf that sounds almost exactly like him. Leliana, due to direction from The Voices, moved into the mountains and founded the first hippie commune. Sten left Lothering on a journey of self-discovery; turns out, he actually enjoyed being locked in a cage, and sought out a dominatrix to find out what else he liked. Morrigan continues to be a heinous **** to her toy dolls, as there are no actual people around for her to belittle.
Dog left the planet in search of the only one left who could possibly defeat the Darkspawn... Commander Shepard.

Im going for 100% trophies so this time I need to make a warrior. For some reason I cant seem to finish a playthrough with a warrior, maybe I get bored?
I put the difficulty on normal this time(I usually play casual) and dammit this time I am determined to keep it on normal.I always get tired of dying more frequently and put it back on casual. I am sure it will stay on normal this time though. On my last playthrough I felt that it was too easy.
So yeah...Im bored as you can see :3

I've got several characters up to Ostagar, since I wanted to see all the opening stories. Then I've got maybe 3 full playthroughs. And then I got Mass Effect 2, which I have beaten approximately 7 times. Again, I started one of each class, but some were just too awful to play through. Apparently I like the "bang-bang" aspect more than the "fwoosh!" powers, because I keep opting for Soldier or Infiltrator.

Infiltrator and Widow rifle is just too much fun. You can go around and shout: "BOOM! HEADSHOT!" all day even on Insanity and get away with it.
Right up until the swarms of husks, yeah. Then it's a of backpedaling and screaming. And bringing a party that can absorb damage.
I swear, the Reaper Core fight was one of the most frustrating things ever...

I positioned myself with my back against the control panel and my two team-members in front of me, to either side of the railing. The husk swarms NEVER took the shortest direct path up to you. They went AAAAAALLL the way to the other end of the room and used the ramp up there. They walked into a meat-grinder.
It's made even easier if you play Adept. Singularity Trap, anyone?
Just smack it down smack dab in the middle of the walkway and watch the idiot hordes of Husks walk right into it. Refresh it when needed then go back and watch por- er.. funny videos on youtube.

I decided to go back to Fallout 3, since I love that game and haven't played it for a while. I'm really enjoying it but I may return to DAO sometime and finish those playthroughs.

I found the reaper core fight easy last time because after the first small group of husk i one shot killed the core with the nuke gun, this was on insaitiy, i think.
See, I normally don't carry the nuke gun. I stick with the laser cannon. Though I guess that, for an Infiltrator, the Widow is basically a heavy weapon in the sniper rifle slot... >.>
Edit: On a completely unrelated note, was anyone brave enough to check out "Speed Racer" despite the whining of critics? I actually thought it was pretty good when I finally checked it out on DVD.

I have seen it twice or so. It's a pretty cool movie. Very... colorful. Or rather, very happily colored. Bright colors everywhere.

When trying to convince people to check it out, I've stuck with "John Goodman fights a ninja" as a major selling point.

Edit: I just find another one, i downloaded the romance pack for nwn2 that adds stuff to the nwn2 oc and again the stuff works but the files don't appear when i look for them where i installed them. I think this is a problem with program files because thats where both mount and blade and the romance pack are installed and it doesn't affect nwn1 mods or other nwn2 mods which aren't installed under program files.
