Watching "Do you want to date my avatar" on Youtube really helps with that. The Guild is just good geeky gaming fun.

I'm playing my go-to game for relaxation - Romance of the Three Kingdoms.  And watching "Supernatural" episodes in order.  I'm on season 2!  I love the Winchesters.

I did try ME, but too many silver corridors made me crabby.

I'm gonna have to say that "The Guild" is too mean for me, I can't watch it without wincing and wanting to smack someone.  Saw the video and my husband was laughing and my daughter said "Yeah. Chicks in hot costumes.  Original."  I'm afraid so much of the content is based on people being entirely socially inept that I get crabby.  Fortunately you guys in this thread are so much cooler I'm gonna stick with that.

But the Winchesters make me happy.  Socially inept...but funny and good fight choreography.  And I get to play "Guest Star tag" "Oooh, she's in Eastwick now.  Oh!  Winston Rekert!  I didn't know he played that part.  Hey!  Is that blond cylon lady?  She sure is!"

Borderlands. For. The. Win. An FPS with the WoW gear ranking system. (white >>> green >>> blue >>> purple >>> orange) So far, well, it's giving me nightmares and a panic twitch but it's fun.

If only I wasn't taking so much damage... >_<

I also heard Witcher is good.  But I'm not sure I want to play as a dude.  Kinda sick of having to play as a dude.

I love that they're not just pretty, they're smart and funny.

I loved the episode with Linda Blair.

Dean:  "Dude, did she look familiar to you?"
Sam:  I don't think so.
Dean:  Are you hungry?
Sam: No, why?
Dean: For some reason, I could really go for some pea soup.

Hehehe, I know, gross!  And yes, the show wouldn't be nearly as entertaining if all they were were pretty faces.  My husband even likes the show.  They do nearly as many fun things with language as anything Whedon does.

I should be shot for dropping Supernatural. It was one show I loved to watch, outside of Smallville before it started grating on my nerves. I might get the DVD sets to I can get back into the swing of things.

I do love Mr. Whedon, but I think Mr. Kripke has done a really good job at entertaining and telling stories without sacrificing character for dramatic purposes.  I mean...they literally sacrifice characters, but that means they die.

Considering Dollhouse has been a train wreck, Supernatural is a joy.

I hate Smallville with a passion.  I don't care how pretty he is.  What a freakin' moron.  Can't stand him.

It's worth getting back into.  It's one of my "go to" shows for sanity and fun.

Dear God, I hated that twitchy ****.

I hate shows where they forget the premise of the show every new episode.  "He saves your life.  Over and over.  And you don't trust him.  Inexplicably.  And he's a whiny **** about it.  Despite being invulnerable.  Inexplicably."

I throw things.  My husband watches and I can't even be in the room any more.

Oh my goodness. You must have read my mind. That was the main reason I stopped watching. Thank you so much for that news!

The chick they have playing Lois is awesome. And Clark whines a lot less now. And Chloe got ruthless somewhere. Like border-line supervillain ruthless.

Kripke is awesome as a writer. It's also funny how The Prophet Chuck is his stand in. (I really hope you've gotten that far, though I suppose Kerridan hasn't. Bummer.)

Ha! It's fun to see everyone disliking Smallville. I thought that show was so cool for like the first couple seasons and then bam! Suck-city. I can't even look at it anymore. Why did you have to suck Tom Welling? Why? Oh well.

It was good for the first year or so.  Mostly because the special effects for the time were extraordinary and Michael Rosenbaum as Lex were fantastic.

But the characters thrived on memory loss, dysfunction and complete lack of confidence.  I always wondered where in hell an invulnerable character like Superman managed to come by such a laundry list of weaknesses not inherent to Krypton.  How do you develop self esteem issues?

I'm afraid Heroes has gone the same way, though I'll still watch Syler and Hiro.  I'll weep for the rest of the cast.

Syler was awesome in last night's episode. I've totally gone to the dark side and love his character more than Peter's now.

Clark has gotten over his self-esteem issues, now he just blames himself for failures.

I loved that one.  I just watched the movie shoot in season 2 also, cracked me up.  "Hollywood Babylon"

Tara: Why would a ghost be afraid of salt?
McG: Marty, what do you think?
Marty: I'm not married to salt. Are we still sticking with condiments?
McG: Mmm, it just sounds different, not better. What else would a ghost be scared of?
Marty: Maybe shotguns.
McG: That makes even less sense than salt

Syler's the only one who doesn't whine incessantly.  "Oh, I'm invulnerable and I'm SO SAD."

First year was amazing just with the art direction.  But they lost me.

I'm so very sick of whining.  So very sick.  That's why I love the WInchesters.

I totally agree about the total awesomeness of Michael Rosenbaum.  What I disliked about the show, besides the utter retardation of all the character was the story line.  To me to continuity seemed to just be way off.  I understand that we don't know EVERYTHING about Clark Kent's past, but we know enough that when somethings off we recognize it.  Boo.  As for Heroes, the only reason I watch is because of Sylar.  I admit it, I think he's good looking and I feel for his character.  I keeping telling my mom that he's not really a bad guy, he just needs a hug.Posted Image  Heh.  Other then that, the plot is just everywhere.  It's like a Sci-Fi soap opera.  Everyone's related, but then they're not and no one is ever really dead, (they're just mostly dead, pfff) and nothing is as it seems, ever, and people keeping switching sides all over the places.  It's a total mess.  Shame.

I think Syler is an evil son of a **** and I adore him.  The genius of the actor is that he can make any total crap they throw at him (and 90% of it is total crap) work.  He's a genius.  He can make me care and everyone else, I don't give a damn, they're all dumbasses.

I love Hiro also and he's got about the only comedy in the show and he makes it work too.  They're the only ones I give a damn about.

Yeah, even Sam sucked it up and has stopped his emo "I could be Teh Ebil!" whining.  Course, that was because the awesome Dean slapped some sense into him.  I always prefer the characters that take Option "C" and face reality.  (Well within their imaginary world.)

I loved Rosenbaum's Lex and the long slow slide into evil by way of good intentions.  (I told my husband then that Star Wars needed to take notes on Lex's fall.)  He's also Clark's one true failure.  And I think they're actually beginning to show Clark realizing that.
