There isn't a character I don't like. Except the concubine chick, because she's really not in the movie long enough to actually develop character. Sigh. Gotta love the Agent though. Still killing people with a sword, even in the future. Maybe he's a descendant of Xena.

Firefly would be the show I never saw, and never knew I wanted to. Until I saw Serenity, and said "Why didn't I watch the show?!"

Heh. Inara is my least favorite character. But that's because I adore everyone else so much. There's nothing really wrong with her, it's just that the actress is...pretty, but not particularly talented.
Gimme more Saffron!

And I miss the Shepherd and Jayne. When I first heard the ballad of Jayne I laughed until I hurt.

I loved Zoe and Wash. What an awesome couple. And the scene where Wash confronts Mal about their 'relationship' and their response was the best example of wooden acting I think I've ever seen.

Oh, I don't know if you guys watch Castle. But this was adorable. Halloween episode.
I love Nathan Fillion.

Cute! I love Firefly. It's such a different concept. My favorite character was Jayne. Love him. Heh.

Hard to pick a favorite, but it'd have to be a toss up between Mal and River.

Lionhead did a decent job with Fable 2 at least, letting women be the protagonist. Although by the end, they just didn't look like women any more. Hulking out worked okay on guys, but not so well on women. Start out looking like a girl, end up looking like...well...not good. The more strength you got, the more musclebound. It was one of those games where I looked good at the beginning and...by the third playthrough, couldn't stand it any more, had to play a guy.
If you make an entirely Will based character, they don't tend to bulk out... Especially if you watch what you eat.
As for Firefly, loved it. But I no longer trust Joss Whedon, he's broken my heart once too often.

I was at Best Buy looking for Tom and Jerry on DVD and I ran past it. The whole series on Blueray was about $24-34 bucks. That was a good deal. I almost brought it but didn't know if it was a good investment.
Definitely. I usually turn to Firefly if I'm feeling a bit down and want a shot of reason, humor and heart. It's my favorite remedy for when I want smart and comforting with no surprises or wrong turns. Never fails to make me laugh and cry. It's my sort of inspiration.
I think I might get it. You get me giddy with the thought of new DVDs.

Yeah since this whole RtO delay, it's going to be hard to believe any dates they give. But we can always hope. To be fair I would rather them delay a release and get all the bugs out (or as many as possible) and what not then give us something that's not finished. Although I could do without the teasing.

I'll have to try just a will-based game. I tend to play the game to death and get everything by the end... I like balance. But I also like looking female.
I loved Firefly. I think it was his best stuff. But Dollhouse is a train wreck.

Castle was really surprisingly funny and charming. I was prepared not to like it. Nathan Fillion did "Drive" and that was...horrible.
But this one is smart and funny

Yay! Enjoy!
It's always nice to have a whole series go by and I'm not avoiding it or wincing at certain parts. Just cracking up and then probably starting to cry somewhere along the line.

Castle!

I'm a fan of crime shows but I've pretty much given up on the CSI's for being overly preachy and soap opera-ey (and I miss William Petersen something fierce.)
This is a crime show on the basis of Nathan Fillion being a crime writer who hangs out with the police force. The premise is that his imagination and research skills and connections with people he's written books about (guys in the mob, thieves, etc.) give an edge to solving cases. Then he uses the experiences to write more books. The stories are good, the comedy is spot on and I just like the characters bunches based on good writing, lack of aforementioned preachiness (Someone please kill David Caruso - though Supernatural did a good job of burning him in effigy this season - thanks guys! "I am wearing sunglasses at night! Do you know who does that? No talent douchebags." - bonus link ) and a general air of good will and humanity.
And the series has already survived its first season - bonus!

Nathan Filion plays a best-selling mystery writer who essentially blackmails his way to shadow one of NYC's Finest in order to base a character on her. The show takes cop show stereotypes and turns them on their ear. Some of the BEST dialogue on TV is on this show. And he actually ACTS like a writer, obsessed with grammar and everything. Plus, Nathan Fillion is always good to look at.
Actually, once Fox stopped screwing with Dollhouse, the writing/dialogue/acting got a LOT better. Once they wrote it off and stopped trying to "improve" it, the last half-season has been great.

TV show starring Nathan Fillion. It's a light hearted murder mystery show. He's a mystery writer who hangs out with the local homicide detectives. It's well written. I just am not much of a tv watcher anymore.

Dr. Parish: Looks like a patient lost his patience.
Castle: Also his command of grammar. You're should be you-'-re as in you are, that's not even a tough one not like when to use who or whom.
Beckett: Do you really think that's the take away here Castle?
Castle: I'm just saying whoever killed her also murdered the English language.
