You'd have to visit the "Romantic Appeal of Zevran" thread to find out for sure.

<whines> But that thread is sooooo long.....

I know, I know, compared to this thread?

:D

LOL, or just go to the end and pose your question to the Zevran fangirls.

One of the moments the show made me laugh the hardest. Lady in Red sends me into fits of giggles ever since.

It's a gem with a soul trapped inside.

The clues were nowhere close to strong enough. As you said before, it's like they created this amazing thing and then ran out of time and money right around the time of the Landsmeet. I like to think it's that, anyway, instead of them deliberately suckering us then punching us in the face. There's nothing about Alistair that says infatuation to me. In fact, I saw him more as the type who would actually get "Love conquers all" more than your average person.

As for your husband, yup, that's what love does :) I'm glad you have that, and that you're thankful for it. Know that if he wants to give it, then it makes him happy. And you are absolutely worthy of it. Everyone is worthy of being loved.

Everyone is worthy of being loved.  Not everyone is going to manage to live up to it, though.  It's a lot of work.

I compare a relationship to a garden.  You're gonna have to pull weeds and starts small and put a lot of time into it.  It'll grow over years.   If you don't have the time or interest to invest in it every day, and pay attention to what it needs instead of what you want it to need, you're not going to be able to maintain it.

Love is a living, breathing thing, and if you can't learn how to maintain it, it's going to run to weeds pretty fast.

And you can't hire a gardener in this case.   You can do what lots of people do...buy new plants when the old ones die.

But as far as keeping the SAME garden going with the same plants...that takes dedication.  And...and in this case...not living in Florida during a cold snap.  Oh, my poor bougainvillea :(

Oh, trust me, I'm skeptical about everything, but this test is one I absolutely believe works for getting down the basic mechanics of how ones brain works. Some people are more extreme than other in ceertain areas; for example, I have an ISTP friend who is sports CRAZY. Like, it's all he does. But that points to him not being very balanced out between his Introverted Thinking and Extraverted Sensing, so this might be a good thing that you're not huge into sports. :) Also, he used to be very online oriented and did a lot of written RPG's, before he changed, so I'd say it's not out of character.

I've seen a pretty good representation of the person...as long as they answer the questions honestly.

My daughter for instance, won't.  She's the kind of person that always answers the questions as if she were in Griffindor, but she's really in Slytherin.

I always get Gryffindor, when I should probably get Ravenclaw, so I sympathize with your daughter.

She's a very charming, big-hearted narcissist.  I tried during her upbringing to make her less of a case of ebola and more like a charming cold that has symptoms, yeah, but generally makes you feel pretty good.

She's so much fun to be around, but as far as "profit" goes, she ALWAYS has to make out ahead in every deal.  I've tried to convince her to take a little less than she might be prone to take, because if she's gonna be a vampire/parasite, keep the hosts alive and wanting more, right?

And also so they don't come after her with pitchforks and torches.

As long as they're honest.  I wonder what you'd bribe a sorting hat with?  Promise a brushing?  How do you torture one?  Dip it slowly in water?

Oooh. Return to Ostagar is going to be available later today.

So...couple days and I'll manage to download the sucker. I think it took me four days to get the other DLC.

Yay the excitement!  For the game, not how long it will take your computer to download.  That sucks!!!

Oh and so far that episode of Supernatural (season 2 episode 15) is my favorite.  I had to stop the show because I was laughing so hard and I continued to laugh for, well, I'm still laughing about it actually.

This show has got me super excited. I recognize so many of the guest stars that have been on it. Several from Stargate, the cylon chick from Battlestar Galactica, Jeffery Dean Morgan from the 5 minutes of Grey's Anatomy that I watched/PS I love you! The total awesomeness!

Funny thing is that I must have missed that episode on first run, I just saw it myself for the first time this last week.

I just rewatched an episode that had Hoyt from "True Blood" - Jim Parrack.  Great actor.  Since I'm also watching the latest season of True Blood with my husband, that's part of the fun of rewatching.

I have yet to start watchiing True Blood, but it's on my "to watch" list.  I've heard of lot of great things about it so I'm looking forward to it.

It's fun.  It's not...great.  The best part is just that it's got really good actors and interesting characters.

But their grip on history and mythology is...total crap.  This season just made me throw up my hands in despair about research.  You guys can't just take a mythological archetype and decide it's from about five different histories, all of which are wrong, and use all the wrong symbols and rituals...

I won't say why 'cause this isn't the True Blood spoiler thread. Just don't expect too much in the way of character motivations or sense.  Just watch what the actors do with it.

Strong points is some absolutely fabulous actors.  Tara, Jason and Lafayette make the whole thing worth watching.  I barely care about the vampires.  Or Sookie.  But there you go.

I think the only time I ever cheated on something like that was...I really wanted to get a personality profile that made me look like Sephiroth in some "What hero or villain are you" questionnaire.

I got Buckaroo Banzaii.  I mean, that's not bad, that's cool.  But...I wanted to be Sephiroth.  So I just stole the graphic for a bit.

Just answer the questions in a way that makes you sound like a gothy omnicidal mama's boy.
