While playing as an Infiltrator with cryo ammo I noticed that while smaller targets with shields were affected (they would move noticeable slower and apper to have an icy film around them), the large armored targets like banshee's appeared to be completely unaffected.  I tried to run some experaments, but withou numbers they were inconclusive.  Can anyone tell me it Cryo ammo and Cryo blast are having a affect on elite enemies?
