Return your new copies of the game, and then buy a used copy from someone.

Boom, you hit EA/Bioware in the wallet and you still have a copy of the game, which was bought with money that EA/Bioware will never see.

Just off the horn with EA. You can get a refund if you bought it on Origin. I got one with no issues whatsoever.

Just stay professional.

Now off to donate to Child's Play.

Just out of curiosity, why are they giving refunds so easily?

Bought my CE from Amazon.....mighty tempting. Could then just get another copy pre-owned. Props to Amazon for this.

They are a customer-focused organization. A lot of their easy return policy has to do with the fact that they were the first real internet store. A lot of people back in the day were hesitant to buy online as opposed to B&M because of the perception that if the order was screwed up you'd be SOL.

This is pure genius. Who wouldn't buy their next computer game from them?

Because EA Customer Support always has been and always will be excellent.

Never had an issue with that part of the business.

I have always respected Amazon. For a company with what is rapidly approaching a monopoly, they certainly keep their credentials as a 'fair' business.

Bioware needs to make a statement. Soon. Because more and more people are going to get fed up and the only thing worse than an angry customer is an angry ex-customer. We have in a way been spoiled by Bioware's amazing customer relations in the past; we are dying for a statement without the words "intend" or "should" or "we see", we want a definite answer about what they are going to do with the ending. Is that it? Are they working on a DLC? Do they have something up their sleeve? If it is the last, I would say their grace period is very rapidly running out.

And we didn't deserve a crappy product either.

Except the product wasn't crap.

Opinions differ.

Force EA to address ..........doubt that will be the effect .
It seems EA get blamed for a lot that is not there fault ,and Bioware get a pass because its fashionable to blame EA.

But EA is a business there accountants will assess returns profits and after heavy investment in Bioware 750 million for SW alone .
Will probably decide it is cheaper to end Mass effect and reconcentrate on their more profitable lines .Reducing funding to Bioware for the near future .

There may be a revision but if sales refunds reach a certain mark I think the end of Mass Effect is more likely..

It is very tempting to trade CE in and just buy the other used. Hrrrn.

But I think that ship sailed for me when I had to break a prong off to get the disk out of the case.
