 I finished Isabela's No Rest for the Wicked, having killed Castillion, and the Questionng Beliefs quest pops up, so I leave to do other quests. But now when I enter The Hanged Man, there is no plot marker above Isabela's head, even though her Questioning Beliefs quest is active. Talking to her only gives her normal dialogue.

I've tried entering/exiting The Hanged Man, changing her in and out of the active party, and using the console to try to reset her approval, romance, and plot points (I've tried to restart No Rest for the Wicked, but it just jumps to Hawke's house without Isabela in it).

Help! I don't know what to try next...

Well, I keep encountering the same problem, but I just run of do some other quest then come back to it, no idea why, but it seems to work.
