Hi I played through ME3 with a new shepard, but am unable to import my old shepard from ME2. It doesn't even show up when I click on the "Import ME2 Character" Menu - it's just empty. Any help would be appreciated.

Try opening the save you want to import in ME2 and re-saving it. Had the same problem, that worked.
