Ok maybe the devs already know about this but in a dialog with Wynne in fade it all went well then i kill the demons in her dream. after it repeated the same dialog before hand  and one of the npcs i killed came from dead again. the funniest thing was i chop one of their heads off in the fight and in the dialog he was headless funniest glitch i'v seen so far. It seem also the other dialogs sometimes repeat the same dialog after the battle.
