If they don't change/fix it I will never purchase a DLC or new game again. Period.
Can you honestly say you would never buy another bioware game?

I don't want this again, pouring my (soul, essentially) into their games. Not if my dedication and time gets rewarded with the big middle finger

If they did nothing about the ending? How many of you can actually say you would never buy another game from them, even if they released a ME4?
No chance I will ever preorder anything from them.
To be honest, EA has lost me as a customer (I mean no more EA games apart from BioWare).
BioWare has lost me as their fan and supporter as well.
The only thing I will buy from them would be ME3 DLCs.
Not interested in DA3, not interested in ME4. I am upset both as a person who feels cheated and a customer who was lied to on purpose with Mess Effect 3.
Even if it turns out that it was planned Scandal Promotion or that they will change the ending, BioWare is simply lost to me and my money.
I don't say tho, that if someone would borrow/give me their game for free I wouldn't play it. I probably would.
But I will not support them with my money beyond ME3 title.

No more pre-orders or first day purchases.
When I hear rumors things might be bad, I'd rather spoiler myself and check it out before buying.

Without a proper ending I will say good bye to Mass Effect no more dlc and no more ME games. As for bioware games no more pre orders and will wait to see how others react to it. Would probably wait till price drops. But I will still give their games a chance.
We have to hold the line.

Yes, I can honestly say that.
I would never allow myself to get invested in their product again knowing THIS is how they might drop the ball when it matters most.
Beyond that, I can say with uncertainty that I would never buy ME3 DLC if the ending isn't fixed first.
And I say that as someone who happily purchased EVERY bit of DLC for MEs1 and 2.

I'll buy them if they're good, but I'm buying them used, so BioWare never sees a cent of it. Whether they fix the ending, or not.
Same goes for EA. Ruining Mass Effect was the last straw.
I'm giving EA a slight pass on this, because they brought back SSX with the furry of a thousand suns. I've easily logged 100+ hours into it. Which is more than I can say for ME3.
Also, I'm pretty sure EA has nothing to do with the writing. They're the reason we got kinect and multiplayer, however, I doubt they're the reason we got terrible endings.

Yes I can honestly say that. All three of the games they released in the last year disappointed in one way or another, so I can't see any reason to continue buying their products if disappointment is all they have in store for me.

Yes. I don't like being burned like this. The primary reason I play video games is to get away to dream land once in a while. If it ends up causing a depressive state then I'd rather not get into it in the first place, I get enough of that in the real world.
It's as George W. Bush once said: "There's a saying in Tennesee. Well it's in Texas I don't know if it's in Tennesee. Fool me once, shame on...uhm... If you fool me I ain't gon' get fooled again!"

I was on the edge after DA2. SW:TOR brought me closer to it.
The ending of ME3 pushed me over.
At the very least, I'm done preordering. They have to earn my trust from now on. Full reset

No. I can't say never, but only because never is a really long time.
However, I will say that I'm unlikely to for the following reasons:
- I will not buy games on consoles, and I still don't like Origin (many reasons and different subject). The only reason that didn't stop me was my love (and PC saves) of Mass Effect.
- I was not very impressed with Dragon Age, and I have become cynical that I'd enjoy DA3 or any new franchises.
- ME3's ending has negatively colored my impression of the series and Bioware as a whole.
I may get Mass Effect 4 depending on its premise, but the bigger factor will be the way things pan out for ME3.

I won't say that I would never buy another Bioware game again, but I most likely will never preorder or make a first day purchase and I would probably wait until the game has one or more price reductions before buying and I would be more wary of the Bioware name. The issue of the endings has made me wary of Dragon Age 3--which is unfortunate as I'm one of those rare birds who actually enjoyed both DA:O and DA 2.

They could give me a golden ending for all I care, and I still won't buy another BioWare game until Casey Hudson and Mac Walters has been fired from the company. Yes, I am extremely serious about this. Those two bozos managed to wreck the entire franchise with an artsy 15 minute Von Trier sequence ripping off of Deus Ex's endings.miagnew wrote...

I've been buying Bioware games since Baldur's Gate and there's a very real chance I won't buy anything of theirs again if they don't fix this. It's a shame, because the majority of Mass Effect 3 was so stellar. But the awfulness of the ending - its lack of coherence with what went before and its highjacking of my character to go along with said awfulness without protesting - has left me depressed for five days now. I don't buy computer games to make me depressed.

Buying DLC seems pointless so long as this is the only ending we can achieve. Tbh the game has lost replay value until they fix it.
