after DA2 and now this...Yes I can (regarding new releases)...

Honestly, I'm not sure that I would. With the exception of Mass Effect, Bioware has either dropped the titles that drew me to them, or turned them into something I have no interest in. Jade Empire was dropped completely, Neverwinter was given to Obsidian and now The Old Republic is an MMO. The Mass Effect universe was the last thing connecting me to Bioware product, and with that confidence destroyed I'm not sure I would buy another.
In addition, EA and Bioware now engage in business practices I find less than appealing. Paying $65.00 for a game was already a stretch, but removing game content to profit from day one dlc is a deplorable precedent I might have tolerated, had they delivered the Mass Effect 3 they promised. Instead they gouged consumers on an unfinished, overpriced corporate compromise because the rabid fan-base was guaranteed to buy it. That's not really the kind of behavior I like to reward with my hard earned money.
I'm anxious to see how far the bean-counters let Bioware backpedal out of this, but I have my suspicions it won't be very far...in which case I'm every bit as fond of Bethesda product as I was Bioware.

It'd be pretty easy considering the only game I play from them is Mass Effect (I played KoTOR a while ago and I'm not bothered to buy the MMO). If they released ME4, how would I know it won't have another disappointing ending? It could be just a continuous line-up of great games with terrible endings.
One awful ending is enough. I'd be through with them.

I have no interest in giving any money to a company that downplays the feelings of it's fanbase by hiding behind magazine reviews and refusing to acknowledge the mistake they made. At every turn they have shown that they're only interest is in minimizing the issue as much as possible and *perhaps* releasing a short mediocre DLC to resolve the glaring plot holes and blatant lies about our choices making a deference. I don't think bioware has the resources to regain my respect.
I do not plan to buy any games from bioware ever again.

DA2 was alright, but nowhere near as good as DA:O. Liked it, but feh.
SWTOR was good, until I hit 50. Too easy in general, endgame was okay, but nothing special. Still, pretty enjoyable.
Overall, I would have still given Bioware my money. But after this? No. As of late, Bioware has been alright/mediocre on their best days, and downright insulting on their worst.
ME3's ending has stained the rest of its experience, otherwise it would have been perfection (IMO of course).

since there is a split among us anyhow over paying for the dlc or not paying for the dlc, over an apology vs. no apology I agree with you. i however will not be paying them again so that they can offer me what I thought i was paying for to begin with. i already live my life this way and will continue to do so. i personally believe in individual freedom and responsibility, take it seriously, and live accordingly. gaming is a minor hobby around which my life does not have to revolve. on a plus note, i did hear that amazon is giving full refunds and i am currently checking to see if that is fact or rumor. if fact, my game will be gone.Gowienczyk wrote...

Yes, because this has been two games in a row that have been very disappointing especially when compared with the previous games in the franchise. At first I did not think EA buying BW would affect their products quality, but recent evidence is suggesting otherwise.
If they released ending DLC, I would buy that then reassess my opinion.

I will not.
It's not even an issue of boycotting or "making a stand" for me. It's not something I'll be forcing myself to do against my will. I just don't care any more. I'm no longer interested in what Bioware is doing.

Oh, of course the majority will forget this ever happened in a year or so and scoop up Bioware's next game.
I'm not most people, though. Personally, I can't bring myself to support them any longer. Bioware's not the first, either.

This:
So yes, I can and will not buy any Bioware game/ dlc/ franchise ever again if they don't fix this. And so should all of you. We made them and all we get is kicks in the nuts.

As long as the ME series stays ruined for me, yes I will never buy anything from Bioware again.

Good question. I have been pondering that same question. Would I ? I have all the dlc's for DOA, ME 1 and 2. I own DA 2 but I have not purchased a single dlc for the game since it didn't meet my expectations and DA 3 isn't even on my radar. And purchasing a dlc for ME 3 pre ending would be rathing pointless since I wasn't satisfied with the end or lack of one that was to my satisfaction.
For me it is really going to boil down to how they handle this. They need a game plan and they need to communicate to the community what their long term goal is. But to answer the question in the OP is yes I can willing differ from purchasing products from any company that looses my trust and faith.

Never is a big word
but if its not fixed its save to say that my faith / trust in bioware will
be seriously broken. , i would defenitly not pre order anything from bioware again.
and it would have ot be one heck of a game with TONS of good reviews before i would
consider purchasing it after the release.

Right now? No.
No, because of ME3's ending.
No because they cancelled DA2's expansion,
No, because DA3 will feature a new protagonist, instead of continuing Hawke's story.
So, ultimately, no.

Of course I will refuse from buying enything from them, you know pirates are popular in Russia, so Bioware should fight for the loyalty of their fans. Am I wrong?

Yes I honestly can. However, I won't unless they do release an ending DLC/patch and it sucks just as much as, or worse than the sorry excuse for an ending we already have.

I can say I will never pre-order again thats for sure. But I'll buy one of their games used if the fan reviews say it's worth it.

Make quest tracking easier for both ME and DA games. Remove the whole eavesdrop, "oh look I have quest" aspect and bring back the conversation wheel/choices, force us to actually talk to all the NPCs.
Refocus on story, narrative, choices, and I will most likely invest.

I won't and, as it's been said before, it's not even a boycott. I simply don't like the games that Bioware makes any more. I used to like watching baseball. Now, I find watching it is boring. It's not a boycott, I just don't like it anymore.

Did it with Blizzard over World of Warcraft, don't see why Bioware should be an exception.
Planned on spending a load of money on ME3 - both on DLCs and merchandise, but won't be doing that now. Even cancelled my Collectors Edition order for my girlfriend.
Having said that, I expect that if they fix the ending it should be free.
