I will get Generals 2, because I loved the first one. But another Bioware RPG? Probably not.

I can honestly say I will never pre-order another Bioware game, and I am very unlikely to pay full price for one. If I pay for any new Bioware games, it will be a $10 or less 'bargain bin' buy a year or more after the game comes out.

Like the ending and lies still, i will never buy any of games, the bioware and the writters do.
Ristar, gunstar heroes, sonic 2, shining force 2 will be with me forever, mass effect will not make for eternity, like matrix they blow up everything.

Yes I will. I would just hope they would learn from this experience.

As things stand at the moment, i could quite easily say that i won't be buying anymore of their games.

I live in a quite poor country and i had to make a few sacrifices to buy this game.

Now i see that i made those sacrifices just to get my heart broken. Without a doubt that i will be very very reluctant regarding Bioware games in the future. So i can honestly say that it's very likely i won't buy them.

Absolutely. Bioware stood as the last hope for meaningful story content in video games for me. Now they've destroyed that in my eyes. Unless they fix it, I am done. I did it with Call of Duty, I have no problem doing it here. The Witcher guys seem to be the only ones that do story content right by their fans, so at least I have them...for now.

Nope...
honestly can't say so.
IF Bioware decides to keep the ending as it is. With no adding and no changing, I would simply lose interest in the Mass Effect Universe. I would probably play it again some time later...but not sure if i would play the whole game again...just some parts i missed the first time. And I would not buy any DLC or any game set in the Mass Effect Universe.

If Bioware want's a ****ed up ending. It's their right to do so. But for me the mass effect universe would be simply become too uninteresting to spend much time in it or spend money for it.

Oh. And Bioware would simply lose my trust. I mean: I thought DA2 was just a mistake or something and I read previews, i didn't play it, because i don't liked the stuff the pre and reviews told me. But if the ending stays the way it is...hey i would know: Bioware is a developer like everyone else: Their games can be unpleasent in some way. I still have valve to worship!

I wait for a fix and clear statement from bioware.

After what they did to Dragon Age with the sequel, my faith was shaken. I did enjoy some aspects of DA2, but it's no DA:O for sure. Now seeing what they've done with Mass Effect - I just don't have any faith at all in them now. ME3 was the best game I've ever played until the ending, but even that journey started off shaky with this DLC nonsense at the start. That plus the ending has completely crushed all my faith in Bioware.

However, in all honesty, I'm still playing SWTOR and enjoying it. That has been a shaky start, but I'm playing patch 1.2 on the test server and I'm liking what I'm seeing so far. If they can patch ME3 in the same spirit of making thing right that patch 1.2 is doing for SWTOR, then they will win me back as a customer for DLC and future projects. If not, then I will keep playing SWTOR for as long as it can hold my interest but I will not purchase any future Bioware games or ME DLC.

If they don't acknowledge and apoligize for the lies, then yes, I won't buy another bioware game again. I have only been a fan for little more then a year. First Mass Effect 2, then bought Mass Effect, then DA:O, then DA 2. I bought nearly every DLC, except those of DA2 and squad appearance packs. I bought the CE of ME3 now. Even got 2 sets because I was afraid that the first one would get cancelled.

If this is the way that Bioware treats its fans however, then I'm not staying. You don't lie to your fans like this. You no longer deserve my money if you do that. These PR tricks they are doing aren't very appreciated either. Calling it an affront to even think about changing the endings means you're insulting 50000+ of your vocal fans. These people stood up for you when Fox News was dissing you. Good way to show your appreciation.

Now I enjoyed playing Mass Effect 3 a week ago. I had a blast. But, as with so many people, the ending destroyed all the joy I had off the entire series. I played multiplayer to maybe get that 'best ending" show on my TV screen. I played up to 100% readiness, but when I switched to single player, all fun was lost again.

Summarized: yes, I can honestly say I would never buy another bioware game again. Unless it's tested by players After this whole thing, I'm not trusting critics anymore either. I learned a lot, mostly of my fellow players here on the forum. I thank you all for that.

Hold that damn line.

If they did nothing about the ending? How many of you can actually say you would never buy another game from them, even if they released a ME4?

I'm not some fickle kid. If the ending(s) are not corrected, I can say this with all honesty.  I will not buy anything from Bioware again.

I already decided to drop Dragon Age before DA2 even came out.  Just reading the preview material for it was enough to make me decide not to buy it.  According to my friends, as well as many others, I was wise in this decision.

I wouldn't bother with another Mass Effect.  I don't care if the gameplay is top notch.  Storytelling matters, and a poorly done ending can ruin many hours of fun. If what I have come to expect is a huge crash at the end of the game, I'm not even going to start the game.  Not to mention that if I am promised a huge variety of endings in ME3, and this promise is so blatantly and violently broken, what can I expect from Bioware in the future?

i cant say I wont buy their games again but i will think about them more carefully and wait until theyre cheaper... with Bioware games they are usually the kind of games that I want to play as soon as I can but after this it will always be in my mind that I should wait and see what other actual people say first instead of taking gamespots word based on my trust of Bioware... even if they dont lose customers as a result of this, they will lose trust and thats much much more difficult to get back... it may be a bit of a cliche but its true all the same.

I can't say with 100% certainty that I would not buy BW game if the ending is not fixed, but I would wait before buying anything from them. Few months at least to see if it's worth it. What I do know is that I will not buy anything ME related ever again if the ending is not fixed.

Nope. I'm a gamer. But, I can honestly say how the company handles the current situation will affect when I buy EA/Bioware games for a few years (near release vs. bargain bin).

And because I've felt a little burned about numerous titles offered the past year or so, it'll probably affect my buying decision for nearly every game released in the near future, regardless of developer/publisher. I'm just getting tired of it all. It's no longer about money, it's about principle.

Well Mass effect is my favoirt series of all time. As for Dragon Age, i doubt i will be playing DA3 if there is one, and as for another Mass Effect title i would consider it......

While in my opinion, the rest of ME3 was brilliant, the ending soured it enough that I will definitely not purchase another Bioware/EA game. Unless the ending is fixed or added to.

I can honestly say I'll not buy another Bioware game that does not come from the bargain bin. My level of trust went from "there is no way they can screw this up" to "I would rather wait a year or so until it's on sale for $10 or less."

Edit: I can also mention that I will never ever buy another Bioware game if the ending is not fixed. After the DA2 debacle, the release date DLC controversies, the forced gay agenda on the storyline (dudes crying about their dead husband? Really?) and the travesty of an ending it was I've had enough. Fix it or that's it for me. I've seen plenty of other games, movies, books and music I would rather spend my hard earned money on. Count a customer that doesn't pirate anything out of your business model if the ending is not fixed.

Hell no. Why would I support a company that treats its customers like ****? Bioware has honestly lost their edge, they went from being the best to average. Ill stick to 2K and Bethesda for 2012.

If its anything other than ME4 and they dont change the ending, yes.
I have
Bungie
343i
Bethesda
Turn 10
Ubisoft
Mojang

I can go on. Basically BioWare is expendable on my list, not that I want them to be or think they should be. They just need to make the right choice on this dialogue wheel.

I can, and I would have no interest in ME4 as the universe is broken to pieces as it stands now.

Having beat the game, I will no longer purchase any Bioware games unless they fix Mass Effect's story. The ending felt more like poorly written fan fiction then an actual blockbuster game!

I've advised 4 people I know not to finish the game & advised 2 people not to buy it. Not only will I no longer buy Bioware games, I will also be verbally persuading everyone who asks about Bioware games to never purchase a Bioware game again. Citing all the examples of how they destroyed 100+ hours of story telling & game play in mere minutes.
