Yes, and it would save me a lot of money. No point in supporting a company that doesn't care about you. I'm already not buying anything else they purchase, and telling friends to do the same. It's effective too, since I was a hardcore fan.

I'm already there. Most people actually tolerate tons of mistreatment. So, most will just take it.

I already cancelled my SWTOR account. I forgave them for DA 2, but with the blatant lies that were told to the fans on how the end would be, and then not TELLING us they didn't deliver what they said they would... no way.

Bioware will not be missed. Bioware is already gone. The Bioware that created KOTOR, BG, Jade Empire, DA: O, and ME 1 and ME 2 are already gone. The new Bioware gave us DA 2 and ME 3...

So, it's not possible to buy Bioware games anymore, what is left is only in name. The lead designer of DA: O is gone. The creator the Mass Effect universe and lead writer of the main story Drew Karyyshyn was pulled off the project after ME 2 and put on SWTOR.

The game play has moved further and further and further from tactical single player combat RPGs. It's now Gears of War, that you can pause.

Bioware as it was is gone. IF they provided what was promised for free I may reconsider, but I'd never pre-order another item from them. In fact I'd buy used where as I used to make sure I paid for NEW games so they got the money.

I can quite honestly say that I will never make another purchase from Bioware if there is no major repair done to this terrible, broken ending. They're not infallible (DA2 and Sonic Chronicles certainly prove that) to begin with, and there are already many more video games out there than one could even reasonably play in a lifetime anyway. If Bioware will not provide the quality storytelling I want for my money, there are many other companies that will do so in its place.

I can honestly say that and that I will never purchase another EA game as well. There are plenty of other developers out there that would be happy to get my money.

If they did nothing about the ending? How many of you can actually say you would never buy another game from them, even if they released a ME4?

I can. If ME3's ending remains as bad as it is, I don't have much desire for any other ME content at all, and none of Bioware's other IP's really interest me all that much. Even if they did, there are plenty of alternate methods of obtaining a game that do not involve the developers receiveing anything (or next to noghint) in terms of revenue. Used games, rental services, borrowing a friends copy, etc.

Oh, sure, for $5 from Amazon.

Otherwise, nope.

I don't know, I would have serious reservations though. I would wait and read, and watch reviews for their next game. I'm never pre-ordering a game from them again. Did it with DA2, and ME3.

Why would I support this company that lied to us so many times about this game?

If they don't do something about this, I'm just one more customer they won't have.

I would certainly have to think about it. Up till now, buying a BioWare game was an automatic reflex. It has been my second favorite company for a long time (Bethesda being my top), and I have wanted to support it even if the games weren't always perfect. This, though, is making me have doubts. Do I know with certainty that I'd never get another BioWare game? No. But I'm going to be a lot more cautious from now on.

At this point: absolutely. And not just Bioware, EA too.

I can say so. There are plenty of other companies and older game systems to go with.

If they don't fix the ending, I will never buy another Bioware game. I won't give money to companies that release incomplete products.

I can say without a doubt I will not be pre-ordering any more Bioware games, that's for sure.

yes. it is just that simple. I can find other things to do with my time. I have never been addicted to free bread and circuses and the biggest reason i am here is because of 'the principle of the thing'.

I have been a long time gamer and was brought up on the wave of consoles since the beginning, and have been riding that wave ever since. Throughout that time I have never really felt one way or another about any particular game company or producer and find it hard to catch myself steering away from any for one reason or another. However, that doesn't mean in the future I won't forget this whole debacle and remember how it was handled. Which is yet to be seen. But in the end it wouldn't be hard to pass on a game if it was created by a particular developer who has a less than credible track record for certain business practices.

Seeing the Mass Effect series losing key RPG elements For greater mass appeal, no. All of the quick Kusumi type conversations were lame, except when the squad mates interacted with be another. When I talk to my squad mate, I would appreciate it if they looked at me

I can say that'll never buy another BioWare game- that isn't used. And that hasn't already been vetted heavily by unbiased sources. Spoilers be damned, I'm going to make damn sure I don't get sucker punched like this ever again.

Yes I can honestly say I would not buy another game from Bioware without a proper fix to this one. I also will never pre order from them or EA for that matter again.

Mass Effect was the only series keeping me loyal to Bioware. I've defended Bioware on other sites (even if I knew I was wrong) based solely on my love for the Sci-fi series.

I care deeply for Mass Effect - if Bioware isn't willing to give Mass Effect the closure it deserves, then why should I continue to purchase future products that may very well fall into the same trap?

No more pre-orders from me and if I do buy something, I can wait until the price comes way down. I don't believe in supporting liars, and they lied more than a little to us about this product.

I feel this way, but not on moral "not supporting liers" way.  More like, I don't trust them enough to preorder.  I might get a game eventially, but I would be much more careful.

I'm sure I would someday consider buying something again.  I like the style of games they make and there aren't exactly a lot of developers that make those sort of games.

I would wait for it to go on sale. Half a year or so really isn't that long.
