No.

I feel cheated and laughed at.

I will 'borrow' any future games from my friends.

Only a free DLC with a really good ending will quell my fury after three bad games I've bought from them.

Agreed! I feel cheated as well and as such I do not deem them worthy of anymore of my business, Unless we recieve a free DLC that includes all the *16 Endings* we were promised!

And I will be fine spending my time and money with Blizzard and Bethesda.

You forgot CDProjektRed.

Brand trust can be destroyed quite easily. I'm not going to say I won't ever buy another one of BW's games, but I'm sure as hell a lot less enthusiastic about any upcoming content.

ME3's ending shows a lack of writing competency (plot holes, failures in logic, etc). That's something terrible for a company whose stock and trade is storytelling.

Anything Hudson and Walters work on will be met with extreme caution.

As an additional note, recommendations from commentators like Penny Arcade will be dismissed as well. And as for ME merchanise... LOL!

I don't think anything can save ME merchanise at the moment. what a shame. =/

I will absolutely never buy another brand new bioware game again. Between the crap that was dragon age 2 and the ending of ME3 and the way it ****s on the entire trilogy. Why bother?
I actually forgave bioware for DA2 thinking that maybe all the creative talent was going to ME3.
I actually thought and believed that was why DA2 got the shaft because finishing the ME3 trilogy right would have / should have been biowares top priority.
I own 30 xbox 360 games. Of the 30, I own two collector editions. One of those is halo, the other is ME3. I don't regret buying the Halo one. I can't say the same for ME3.
...And IF i ever buy a game with a bioware tag on it. I'm buying it used because I know how much they and EA hate that. I'll do it from now on just to spite them.
That will happen unless they deliver the product they advertised.
At this point it's biowares move to determine whether or not they'll ever see my $$$$ again.

I'll just buy them used if any more Bioware games seem interesting. After Dragon Age 2 and the destruction of Mass Effect's fiction, I can't trust what Bioware is doing for the time being.

It's not that I won't ever play them. You see, since Baldur's Gate every Bioware/Black Isle game has been a day 1 new purchase for me. After DA2 and ME3, I will now wait until the bargain bin for their games.

They still make great games, I just won't get myself so worked up over them I need them day 1.

Yep. Dragon Age isn't a huge deal to me (especially with the rumors of multiplayer), Mass Effect is over, and I don't play TOR. Command and Conquer is also done with, as far as I'm concerned (I know they have that sequel to Generals they're making), so yeah.

I think I can occupy my time quite well with Bethesda, Blizzard, and whatever else piques my interest.

I've been with Bioware since KotOR, so I don't say this lightly, but yes, I believe I could go without another Bioware game, for a very long time.

KotOR and Jade Empire were quite literally my two favourite games of the last console generation, and the Mass Effect series my favourite of this one - ahead of even Oblivion and Skyrim - but DA2 disappointed me, and ME3, while awesome, was really soured by the ending.

I love Bioware, so it isn't out of hate or pettiness that I'm saying this, but I really don't think, simply put, that I can be bothered with another Bioware game right now. This isn't a commitment never to buy Bioware again - I'd be back in a flash if they made Jade Empire 2 - but I just can't be bothered with them right now.

If anything, I would buy their next game, assuming they fixed the ending, only to provide positive feedback. My enthusiasm for Bioware has been pretty much blunted in the last few years, and, while I'm sure it'll return, I could go without them for a bit.

I might rent or buy a used copy of their games several months after release but I am sick of game companies lying to their customers and sacrificing their "art" for a money grab. So, not only do I no longer have any interest in preordering their games (which is sad, as all of their games used to be instant preoders for me), I've lost interest in buying them at all.

I'd be lying if I said I'd never play their games again tho'. I'd be curious if they could ever recreate the magic that they used to and if their games ever fullfill what their PR people say they will before release ever again. So I'd probably play future titles, but Bioware won't see a dime out of it.

And I will neither buy nor play anything in the ME franchise again. A Mass Effect 4 wouldn't rouse my interest at all.

I'm proud to say I've never "borrowed" a game in my life but if the ending doesn't get changed then I will never buy another Bioware game again. "Borrow" on the other hand....

You should record all the names that say no, and when DA3 drops mock them for still being here ;)

Absolutely. Why would I buy another product when they can't bother to properly end their best franchise. I have 0 trust in the company.

It honestly depends on their reaction to this debacle. I love Bioware as a company, but the fact that players were so obviously deceived when it came to the promise of "greatly varied endings" and that their choices mattered
has left me in a sour state of mind. Where is the conclusion? the closure that was constantly talked about pre-release?

Bioware please do right by your fans. make endings that feel as if our choices had an impact.

I will continue holding the line. F-O-R-E-V-E-R

I'm stitting here now looking at my jade empire special edition, my star wars the old republic, my mass effect, mass effect 2, and mass effect 3 cases, and all my dragon age stuff and I'm going "I could have gotten a turbocharger system, exhaust, and probably a whole new stereo system for all of this crap".

I'm still trying to figure out how we went from the awesome that is Jade Empire to the mediocrity that is SWTOR, to the awesome until the massive fail end Mass Effect 3.

You know what, I notice JE has 2kGames as the publisher, and the rest have EA, given my own realization about that particular publisher (I USED to be a need for speed series fan, I used to.), I still say they had something to do with it, probably the unmoveable deadline, so probably not, I wouldn't buy from them, I don't particularly trust them to give me a game that will satisfy me in the end.

Just how I don't trust EA Blackbox to make a need for speed that isn't a rehash of the previous one, including same engine, bugs, crashes, lackluster patches, and dumping it's online for the one that follows the very.next.year.

Unless they retcon the living hell out of ME3's ending, I'm not buying an ME4, or another BioWare game for that matter.

Honestly, I don't really trust Bioware's marketing anymore after DA2's "the game takes place over the course of a decade and shapes itself around decisions made" and the ME trilogy's "every decision matters". I might have continued to patronize them (except for DA3, the team made it abundantly clear they were headed down the Awesome Button route), but...

Origin.

On my honor, I say here; I could never buy another Bioware product if they do not substantially fix the ending of Mass Effect 3. I consider Mass Effects story very dear, It is a game, its a story and its art. to exploit my trust with such overt carelessness and greed is betrayal that will mark me for the rest of my life.

Others may not be that obsessed, but they will still see a greedy corporation that cares only for money, it assumes its customers have just as little care about the product as long as they get to mash some buttons and waste some time. They are so wrong.

EA is the last mega publisher, they are fiercely fighting for maintained dominance, Severely short development time-span, Forced Origin use, day one DLC, the writing is all over the walls. So EA/Bioware have a simple choice, Give the people what they want, or suffer the loss of business. That was always the rule from day 1.

Yes, I can. I hated DA2 and didn't buy any of the DLC. I will not buy any DLC for ME3, and have lost interest in both of their franchises. Can they fix this by changing the ending? Ask me when they do.

Honestly... I can't make promises that I won't keep. I won't immediately jump on day one purchases, but if I like the look of a future release, like DA3 or the remake of or BG3, then I'll consider it.

How can you love Bioware? Seriously, it's a company name. The CREATORS of your favorite games are GONE and only the name remains. I find this maddening when people are loyal to a "Brand name" and not the people that actually made the game.

The story sucks and the endings sucks because Drew Karpysyn the creator of the Mass Effect universe, and ME 1 and ME 2s main story was moved off the project. He's on SWTOR and you see what happens. Brent the lead designer of DA: O left the company because he couldn't take the direction they were going and we got DA 2.

WHAT is left at Bioware to "trust" or love? The name? It's like a PS3, 360, WII, PC, fanboy... thinking the "machine" makes the games. The name doesn't. Follow your favorite developers not the company name. Give the proper loyalty where it should be.
