Don't think I would return the game just for one part I didn't like. Was actually a great game up until the kid and the multiplayer ain't that bad.

If true, my amusement grows. Though I really doubt EA will ever offer a full refund. If they did, I'm sure that rep got yelled at afterwards.

They check your savefile to see if you refunded the guy in the citadel, if it flags then you get a refund when you request as well. No receipt? No problem.

You act like this is a new thing, people have an obligation to give your money back for any myriad of reasons no matter what the product is, if you have your receipt, they -can't- say no to you. This is not a special case scenario, people return stuff all the time in stores this is just another example of that.

I don't understand this. Yes, the endings were questionable, but the rest of the game was great. Why would you want a refund? So you can buy the game cheaper because of the price cuts? I still think the game has enough re-playability and potential for DLC to keep installed on my computer.

I would return it.... However me and my friends still like the multiplayer. It is very fun playing a shooter with special powers

So in a sense if it wasn't for them adding multiplayer I would have returned it.

If this is even remotely true, everyone should exploit. Return all your games, buy from amazon at a discounted price. You save money, and Bioware doesn't see a dime of it.

Agreed. But what if that is impossible? Is a refund a valid option then?

I don't buy it. No way is 'I don't like the ending but everything else ruled' an acceptable ground for return.

More likely the person in question just whined and complained until the representative caved in and gave him it so he'd go away.
