So you were dissatisfied with the ENTIRE game?

Asking for refunds is, IMO, similar to walking out of the theatre in the middle of a movie. I would only do that if it was so god-awful that it is downright offensive.

Except if you walk out of the theater you don't get a refund. If you did I'd be walking out alot more often.

I don't want a refund, I want the game I was promised.

If I wanted 80 dollars, I wouldn't have spent it in the first place.

This is why:

Also itemization and game engine was little changed. Other games would have been gotten reduced scores because the graphics did not change from the previous. And in fact had some down right horrible ones in the game! But EA pays a lot of these 'professional journalists' that give it 90%s and 9 to 10 out of tens.

Yeah, get your money back... Then rebuy the game when the next awesome DLC comes out! Everyone's a winner (bar your bank account!)

Its good to have at least the OPTION to return it if they decide not to fix the endings ,
if they dont fix it they can release 100 Awesome super spectacular great DLC but it
will not matter one singe bit because the ending still sucks ! and i for one am not
going to purchase dlc for a game that i do not enjoy.

I will hang on to my copy for now hoping for a alternate ending there is no use
shouting out for a alternate ending if i return my copy.

Saw a SS of someone's chat on Origin, Customer Stated his state's law on False Advertising, moments later money was refunded without further question.

I'll hold onto it. If they decide to fix the ending, I'll be down for some DLC and replays. If not, I'll write my own ending, ignore DLC, and replay anyway, lol.

What if they don't want to give it? You only have so long to return something. Techincally I know software is no returns but there is a point of reasonible return length. Also they know when you buy it on Orgin.

I don't understand this. Yes, the endings were questionable, but the rest of the game was great. Why would you want a refund? So you can buy the game cheaper because of the price cuts? I still think the game has enough re-playability and potential for DLC to keep installed on my computer.

Because a huge number of people pre-ordered the game on the basis of what the developers stated we'd get in the final product. Not only is the ending rubbish, but it is exactly what they told us they wouldn't do.

We're not merely disappointed in the ending, many, many of us feel like we've been duped.

Yeah I was going to say that if refusing a refund somehow caused them liability then of course they would offfer a refund every single time.

It's not a bad game, just a bad ending - I'm actually quite surprised that they'd be giving full refunds. Doesn't sound like EA...

Um this isn't good. Says to me that EA is saying you don't like it here's your money and so long. We have enough new fans to call your bluff.

If this is even remotely true, everyone should exploit. Return all your games, buy from amazon at a discounted price. You save money, and Bioware doesn't see a dime of it.

Yeah great, a positive solution right there, lol. 'Let's bankrupt them for 0.0001% of the game , huzzah!!!!"

Why would I want refund. 98% of the game is great. I want them to fix the damn 2% that nullifies everything you did in 5 years.

Getting a refund is a terrific idea if you have the means. Bring the money back here and donate it to Child's Play, or hold on to it until the endings are fixed, and re-buy the game!

If you got it through Amazon they are taking returns on ME3. If you got it else where I would suggest you contact EA? Bioware? and explain very nicely to the person why you want a return because of the false advertising. Then make a thread letting us know how it went.

Actually.  Yes, you do.  Go to the ticket counter and complain.  They will give a free pass to another movie.  It's called customer service and keeping your customers satisfied.
