If we don't get an answer from Bioware soon I am probably also giving it back.

I can't play it like that.

You can also get a refund by calling customer service, which is what I did.

Argh, my copy is physical xD.

If you got it through Amazon they are taking returns on ME3. If you got it else where I would suggest you contact EA? Bioware? and explain very nicely to the person why you want a return because of the false advertising. Then make a thread letting us know how it went.

I from chile. I do not want a refund of the money, if the most funny part is that I liked too much the multiplayer.

But I'm surprised EA FULL REFUND.

I don't understand this. Yes, the endings were questionable, but the rest of the game was great. Why would you want a refund? So you can buy the game cheaper because of the price cuts? I still think the game has enough re-playability and potential for DLC to keep installed on my computer.

It sends a message - that we, the fan base, are unsatisfied with this "art" ending crap.

I'm seriously considering getting a refund myself, if Gamestop will allow it.  I think I have all the stuff together from my collector's edition...

Gee... I don't know?  Maybe letting Bioware know how they can get our business back because we used to like them as a company?

Uh... try calling em for real.  EA customer support is actually very responsive, provided you aren't a jackass to em.

Wait am I reading this correctly?

BioWare is a EA studio - and BioWare's own publisher is offering refunds?

origin and amazon offering full refunds, keep this bumped, this is the best way to get bioware to actually listen. I do fully intend on repurchasing if they fully intend on making a real ending.

... woow that would really hurt all "a r r o g a n t" Developers, who are promising things, which are not in the game !

Seems the first one, which is hit by that is Bioware !

Congratulations to ORIGIN !

While I fully support someone's right to demand a refund for anything that they are dissatisfied with, including this game, I do not personally think that it is justified in this case. Sure, they roped us in with spin and deceptive promises but delivered something else entirely. This is what most game companies do. Especially most RPG developers. We all thought Bioware was different. We have been proven wrong. So far.

I've purchased plenty of games that I was dissapointed in. Never have I demanded a refund, though. This is why I rent most games instead of purchasing them outright. A developer has to earn my trust before I will preorder a game or purchase one new. Bioware had that trust, but has now lost it. Pretty simple system.

The game is not broken. Only our trust is. Actually getting a refund just doesn't seem appropriate for a solid game like ME3, even if it did end the franchise in the worst possible way.

I'll hold the line, but I do so only because I believe that the fan/developer relationship can still be salvaged. Getting your money back is simply accepting defeat.

How, then, do I import my character's face into the game?  When I attempt to do so, the game returns an error message.

i heard there is a 90 fay warrenty. this is what i think, if bioware hasnt said anything new about a ending before the 90 days come to and end then return it so then that way we give them time. but 90 days is a long time so thats why if they havnt said anything in that time then i will deffiently return my game

I won't return my game, because I love 95% of it and the endings don't change that.

I'm holding the line just as tightly as everybody else, but we shouldn't be sending BioWare the message that we hate them or even their game, especially when there's still a good chance they'll make it right.

I would return it.... However me and my friends still like the multiplayer. It is very fun playing a shooter with special powers :D

So in a sense if it wasn't for them adding multiplayer I would have returned it.

But this proves that multiplayer takes away from single-player, which shouldn't happen...they could have included a way to raise effectiveness in single-player.
