I don't know if it's been said before but I may have found a work around for those of us who are losing credits/points in the store. It seems in my case I lose points if I have been playing multiplayer match previous to using the store it is more likely to fail to purchase and I lost points/credits.  The work around is to entirely shut down the game BEFORE going to the store and using credits/points.  Then restart Masseffect 3, log into multiplayer, then go strait to the store and make purchases.  So far it hasn't failed this way for me.  Also if you play in a multiplayer match you can't go back to the store to make any purchases or it will possibly fail as ussual.  You will have to restart the game from desktop again if you don't want to risk losing credits.
