promo code help?

 Hey,

So my Calibur 11 vault case for my PS3 came with a promo code. The instructions were simple enough, activate it on social.bioware "to receive your mass effect 3 reinforcement DLC pack". After i did this, i was taken to the registered game content page which offered no further information other than a list saying i have registered the product.

Retrying the code obviously ended with the code already used response, and the code is in the wrong format to be entered in the psn code redemption menu like suggested on the redemption page.

Is there something i missed?

Having the same problems here, sent EA customer support an email. Hope they'll do something about it

Load up the in-game store and you should see the reinforcement pack.

Having the same problem and I don't see the Reinforcement Pack in the in-game store. Am I missing something?

I have had about 6 different conversatoions with different EA advisors each time, each one saying to delete browser cache, delete cookies, delete etc,etc....Yet none of this has resolved my problem. Finally i get an answer telling me to wait as the problem is being resolved, then 4 days later they cancel my open ticket explaining all my problems and frustration, saying that i did not respond back to them in time, as if the problem had been resolved. Honestly EA support advisors, are bots in my opinion, constantly a different named person responding to the issue with idzactly the same information or just a complete illiterate answer to the problem, I SAY LETS START UP A  PAGE ON FACEBOOK OR DO A SURVEY ONLINE, STATING THE INADEQUATE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY AND ALSO TELL THE WORLD ABOUT THERE INABILITY TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH CLEARLY INDICATED ADVERTISING, THAT HAS BEEN FALSELY REPRESENTED, everyone is winging about some silly ending theme to the game but honestly what about us, who have payed $100 extra for a dull looking piece of plastic to cover our ps3, who have really only bought the callibur 11 mass effect vault only for the purpose of getting a ridiculously awesome sounding DLC pack that we didnt even receive. PLEASE EVERYONE post your comments of outrage on this topic i cant be the only frustrated and let down by this utter lack of customer service from EA.

I agree EA has done nothing on their end to help resolve this problem other than telling you to delete your browser cookies, and emails to Calibur 11 proved to be a waste of time as they only handle physical merchandise inquiries. Surely we can't be the only ones having this problem. EA or Bioware need to step up and make this right, or at least let us know they are looking for a solution.

I agree friend the absolute lack of acknowledgement is retarded to no degree, I just sent EA advisor a verbal language message of bleeps everywhere cause they just keep asking me same questions like, describe to meet what your problem is in a more in depth way.I say to them how can i tell you this more clearly when i have told you the problem in 8 different messages already, honestly what an ABSOLUTE laughing stock this bioware and EA affiliates truely are. Im never buying there products again and im certainly going to rage at my local EB games store for pushing how awesome the dlc for my vault would be. A it looks crumby as hell, and B i only spent $100 on the piece of crap because it came with some hardcore dlc that wasnt supposed to be available to others what a rip right siggggggggggghhhh
