Bug/Issue #1 
I've talked to the Origin staff 3 times now about my first try to play the game.   I went to the final mission in Rannoch when Shepards level, money, and medi-gels all get set back to level one.  I didn't notice it before hand and therefore had my saves over written with that information.   Two of the times I talked to the staff about it on Origin they told me it was a server issue and that I should wait 24 hours and it'll be fixed.    Obviously that didn't happen, so I sent an email regarding the problem. I explain it to them and the guy replies to me about multiplayer for Battlefield 3! Then has the nerve to sound upset I told him it was Mass Effect 3, when he knew what the issue was.   

I started over in the game and have made it to Sanctuary.   There's a big battle after I watch one of the terminals where the Cerberus Assassin attacks Miranda.  After I do that battle and walk through the doorway leading out, the game crashes on me.  I've ran through it 3 times and even loaded up one of my older saves to try that and it repeats the same thing.   Even tried different party members.

I've been enjoying the game a lot.  But these bugs are becoming very frustrating for obvious reasons.  I'd really appreciate some help/feedback here.
