Adding to this, this deals much with the fragile line dividing organics from synthetics. Much like Ghost In The Shell, the machine and the human have become so integrated that division is blurred beyond comprehension.
Why a computer would 'want' to become human eludes me completely. But that it would want to attain a state of being able to experience organic life, for 'educational' purposes I can understand.
Though, I am a bit disappointed by the composition of EDI's character. There should've been greater discussion on how a synthetic/organic individual would 'transcend' this division and become something greater than "just human." I'd think it would revolve around the idea of Mr. Manhattan's frame of mind, without all the ominous powers.
You would think Bioware would've explored this concept with the Collectors and Reapers, at least some sort of plausibility if not with them than with other synthetics (they came really close to it with the geth/quarian conflict), but no. They're pure evil. Just evil. And must be killed with fire.
Does Edi remind you of....

At least now we know she's fully functional when/if Joker decides to take her for a spin.....

She was supposed to remind you of Maria from Metropolis.
...An attempt that was an abject failure, because the only thing EDI's body reminded anyone of was the fact that BioWare's design decisions have become increasingly juvenile.

Your English is fine. Learn punctuation though.

I don't recall EDI drinking with her finger or sitting on her face, so she's clearly not based on Robin Williams.

You have way more severe problems with punctuation(better said, with it's complete lack), which has nothing to do with the language itself. Have you even finished junior school?zazally wrote...
First of all English is my third language sorry if this looks like a mess but it is still readable thank you.
And no, this is definitely not readable.
You complain about punctuation, but you use it's instead of its? Wow. Some nerve.
Some people don't have English as a first language but still make an effort to contribute. Please be nice?
