Of no means do I plan to rage about anything here or demand anything from Bioware, and hope that those who post here will do the same.
When DA2 was released, Bioware just copy-pased most of the textures and then forgot to add an ending to the game leaving gamers with a cliff hanger.
Time passed and Bioware released Mass Effect 3, a great finale for a trilogy. But seems like instead of learning from misstakes Bioware decided to go even further with it.
The game is ok and you can even live with the ending. But why did they decide to copy so many things from other games?
To name the few:
- Endings a copied from Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
- Galaxy at war points were copied from Fable 3 money concept in the end game.
And of course their complete lack of work on Tali's face.
So we come from copy-paste to steeling ideas from other games (and even worse, ideas that were branded as bad ones by pubic and where creators were admitting that it was not exactly what was intended) together with simply taking content from google.
What are the future of the franchise? And together with it other game developed by Bioware.
Do you think that "Art" is when you create something new and thus this word can not be used when you copy things from others?
And is it even okey to all of a suddent trying to make an "Art" in a final part of the trilogy when all past years it was just about the game?
Some thoughts about Bioware attitude towards games.
