been 3 and half month for me now still no feking word on a fix or anything i see mass effect 3 online pass in my bioware account but the game does not see it wtf bioware it says on origin online pass not required when you goto the faq obviously it feking does just wanna play with new DLC amd MP :(

Just got this today myself. To say that I am disappointed would be a major understatement, as I'm really liking ME3 MP, and I hope these guys can solve the problem soon!

I've put about 41 hours in the SP having From Ashes DLC from the start. Everything was working fine until today. I started the game and after the usual "Connecting to EA servers..." it failed to recognize the DLC, so I can't load my saved game because it says I need to connect Allience Network.
Is there a way to fix it? Why did it stop working?

Well I've just made it work. I unpluged my Internet. Started the game (no connection ofc). Loaded my saved game.

No, it doesn't fix everything: MP remains inaccessible.

I've been playing games since the early 80's and never needed to resort to customer support in the past. I've played almost all BW games since 1998 and have been satisfied in general.  However, since I purchased ME3, I had to do contact customer support several times and none of the issues has been resolved (refusal to reimburse Bioware points for failed purchases and failure to deliver purchases - ). And now a legitimely purchased game refuses to work...

For me the MP is working just fine.
I made my rounds with the face import issue... This game just gets better and better....

Yeah, I've had it for...uh, some time. I never looked into getting it fixed because MP was a distraction from studies anyways, and I figured it'd get resolved eventually. It hasn't, as of yet...I don't mind, because of the aforementioned reasons, but I wouldn't want to be locked out of MP forever come the summer holidays.

They're supposedly patching this in the Rebellion update/DLC.

I had this issue a few weeks back and managed to fix it through EA's phone support. If you're calling from the U.S., you can do the following:

- Call 650-628-1905. Do not bother with Live Support. This group is NOT outsourced and they are VERY helpful and friendly. The csr called his manager over and they fixed my issue together.

- My ORIGIN account was borked on their end. It was not being fully verified by the EA servers. They went in and made the necessary changes to all entitlements and rectified my account in 10 minutes.

- They gave me some sort of promo coupon code thing at random in an e-mail. No idea what it really is or does, but I found it a decent surprise gesture after this problem.

The next bit is IMPORTANT

- when I went through Live Support, they issued me a new product code and tied it to my account, but did not activate it, nor did they tell me to do so.

- going to activate.ea.com failed and told me the code was in use. As a result, my DLC was going unauthorized as pointed out in my above post.

- I needed to click on the gear button in Origin and redeem the new product code, listed under game details, manually.

- Once I logged in, Multiplayer activated (ELATION). They're working on getting me my Exorcist commendation pack still since I think the one original added has expired.

- From Ashes still didn't authorize, but when I exited the game and booted it back up, it verified fine - some changes just need time.

Minor Note
- I wasn't requested to delete the .dlf, but I was told to reinstall. I deleted the dlf anyway. I think it's the reverse. Delete the dlf, don't worry about reinstallation.

If you're calling from outside the U.S. I'm not sure what phone number you'd need to use. The problem lies with EA's verification servers/Origin and an issue with the way ME3 is communicating to those servers from what I gathered during my conversation with tech support.
