The same thing is happening for me also. None of the above fixes are working...
It feels like I'm being cheated. Customer support basically told me to deal with it myself :(

I am also having the same issue.

I've ran the repair tool and made sure my game was updated, I also turned off my firewall and virus protection.  It just seems like it can't contact the EA server.

They must be on holiday mode too because I've waited for 2 weeks and still not solved...worse, it seems to spread, as we all can see here.

I still cannot access multiplayer or the From Ashes DLC, which I could since the day I installed my N7 Collector's edition. After launching the game at the main menu when it contacts the EA servers I get an Unauthorized DLC and Online Pass error. It shows all my DLC as installed on Origins but will not let me access it anymore. I am logged in under the account it is registered to. Can someone from Bioware please help me out, I've followed EA's help centers tips and it still isn't working.

Joe, can you please look at this for me as well. I have sent out a email with all the requested information, plus a DXDIAG, and traceroute. I get the error in my log below everytime I try to join multiplayer from the main menu. just goes to the splash screen and sits there till i manually kill the ME3 program. EA support says the problem is definately on the server side, after 4 reinstalls of origin and ME3, plus a new key code install of ME3.

It has gone worse since at least 5 hours ago, not just the online pass but the From Ashes shown on the error message box now.

Only way to make the game work (single player) is to go offline mode with Origin...of course, all online elements cannot be accessed, Readiness ratings stuck at the percentage the last time when it still works.

Just talked to an Origins live chat helper, basically told me I needed to contact gamestop since that is where I purchased the game.  Even though I played this game for weeks with no Online pass issues and access to my DLC and Multiplayer, this issue just started happening for me about a week ago.  This just keeps getting better by the minute...:unsure:

Thanks for the tip! I was hoping EA would be able to help so I wouldn't have to bother the Bioware guys, but it's been over a week and EA seems to not be able to help.

This happened to me as well. I loaded up the game this evening and this is the first time that this has happened. Bioware, please resolve this issue ASAP!!!

Edit:  Here are some pics showing that the prompt screen is asking me to redeem/purchase a pass and my game entitlements showing I have a pass.

That's odd, I've still got all access to my dlc (of course, I'm still going with a save I had started when my online pass worked), but the second screen I also get when I click on Purchase/Redeem online pass.

I have the same problem after I updating the origin to the newest version (on 3 Apr 2012).
EA support team still do not have any solution till now.:(

This is crazy! Now, after loading up the game I'm asked to log in online to verify my online pass! And apparently I can't log in until it realizes that I have an online pass! My Origin ID is H3llF1R3, and I have an online pass. It was working fine until the middle of this last week. Now this:

I think we'll just need to be patient until tomorrow!  I'm pretty sure all the devs and programmers are going to be busy with their families over Easter weekend Image IPB

Although, if anyone else has figured out a workaround or fix, please chime in!  Or if you're experiencing the same problem, please post so this thread can stay up towards the top of the page!

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm ready to get back into some multiplayer.

I'm having the same problem - after 10 notes on the ticket, muppets at EA support demand that I try a reinstall, well, since I can't play (and have been unable to for over a day), there's not a lot else for me to do. I've sent them numerous screenshots, but I can't I doubt it's going to help - I have the game installed on two machines, and it stopped working on both at the same time with the same symptoms, and I've tried different network connections and more to rule out firewall / router trouble.

We need this fixed, it sounds like a central server issue - all my experience says this feels like a central issue - either a database server fail or some authentication service not responding.

If anyone hears our pleas, check the servers, give 'em a reboot and some tlc and let us play!
