If anyone hears our pleas, check the servers, give 'em a reboot and some tlc and let us play!


Yes, it has to do with one of their Servers/Databases. I had a friend come over and log onto his account from my computer and it was fine for him, no error mesages as above. When I logged in after him, I got the same error I've had for 3 weeks now. 

I suggest you tell them to escalate your ticket to their senior team as all I've had was the run around about things on my computer when it's clear that it's not.

Thanks for the update Tornomer! Guess we'll just have to keep pestering them until they do something. Good to hear its likely a server issue on their end. I've reinstalled and done just about everything else I can think of (short of purchasing another online pass, which I REFUSE to do as I don't want to risk losing $10 for a non-solution and the fact that I already LEGALLY OWN ONE). Bioware, please give us an update on the situation!!!

After todays patch the game now at least prompts me to redeem my online pass code or to buy an online pass, but won't accept my Code included with my N7 collectors edition because I have already entered it the first day I got it. I guess this is at least one step forward...

Updating my game now.  I'll see if I get the same thing with mine and update this post.  Hopefully it will help pin something down that's causing the issue...

Edit:  Just launched the game and I get the same thing as jereck63.  *sigh* can we please fix this Bioware?  This is getting crazy...  (also, mine is asking for a Cerberus code?!?  wth?)

I got the exact same message after the update. I also used the code I got with the collectors edition.

Just updated mine to the latest version. Now I'm getting the same screen as mjb. This has been going on for a few days now. I have my disc here right in front of me so I'm quite sure that I have the original copy of me3.

I can't even access the online features and my DLCs.

Is anybody even listening? Any technical support? Anybody?

I just sent a follow-up PM to JoeHegarty from the first page of this thread, along with links to some of my screenshots.  I asked him to chime in here about the issue, even if it's just a, "we're still looking into this" statement.  Hopefully he'll take notice and give us an update!

Edit:  Well, I'm off to a RAM meeting.  I'll check back in when the meeting is over.  Hopefully we'll have heard an update on the issue by then!

Same exact screen I'm getting, just had someone from EA verify my account and saw that everything was authorized. Then told me to uninstall the game and reinstall it through Origins only, saying that Origins wasn't registering it. Did all that and still getting the same exact thing, wonderful.

This would all be solved if they have a login screen like in ME2 and all their previous game instead of having to rely on Origin to supply it and failing somewhere.

Agreed, this is ridiculous.  If all of us are getting the exact same problems, despite all the uninstalling, reinstalling, repair installing, etc. it should be clear that they have something on THEIR end that is the problem.  If they see everything is registered on our Origin accounts, then perhaps they should just give us all a new Online passcode for our specific Origin accounts.

Edit: Nevermind the previous edit!  I had a brainfart and thought I was on the MP forum, not the PC specific forum...  Long night...

I'm gonna give this a bump before heading off to work. Hopefully we can get a dev to chime in on this today!

Thanks everyone for status updates on what isn't working! If by some miracle someone gets this problem to go away, let us know what you had to do!

Hey all, there seem to be more and more threads popping up regarding this problem. If you see one, please link them to this thread since it seems to be the oldest. I'd hate for a solution to be given in another thread and we all end up missing it due to multiple threads!

EA state they respond within 24 hours to tickets, well, it's been well over that since my last reply. No additional comments, I asked them to escalate it, but not even an acknowledgement. But not letting it stop me - I'm going to keep at it til I get a response. Stay vocal! not alone, this is affecting lots of people now - and goodness knows how many others that aren't on BSN.

Agreed! Staying vocal and keeping this thread near the top of the board is probably the only way we'll get an acknowledgement on the issue.  Hopefully now that the holiday weekend is over we can get an update from Bioware.

I have a similar problem before Friday I had full access to the from ashes DLC and multiplayer. But then I got the error message: "Unable to authorize the listed DLC. Please log in to the Alliance Network with the account used to purchase the DLC. Collector's Edition Online Entitlement Pass From Ashes". Now after the patch game prompts me to redeem cerberus code. Reinstall or repair installation does not help.

Getting the same screen and same error code. At least a few days ago when I tried to play it would allow me to load my game.
Now it won't even let me do that because of From Ashes DLC which now can't authorize it. Basically my game is suddenly useless.

Ridiculous. No way I am buying an Online Pass not too mention it just errors out when I try that option anyway. Why? Because Online Pass applies to CONSOLES not PC. There is NO Online Pass for PC I got one CD-Key with my game...

@LT.INSTG8R you shouldn't have to buy anything - we're legitimate owners of the game, but they have problems on a server - we need to make sure they (EA / Bioware server division whoever you are) are aware of the problem. Resorting to asking for EA support to call me now - I will not put the phone down until I get answers - if you haven't already filed a ticket on the issue, head to http://help.ea.com and submit a ticket. Include screenshots and details, spread the word, hold the line!

[UPDATE] I just spoke to an EA advisor, they have the link to this thread now, if you file a ticket, post a link to this thread if you can, if we can all raise awareness to critical levels then fingers crossed they'll solve this!
