Yes and i couldn't find new classes in multiplayer, so now i can do this, but this is not real solution, it's forced.

After 30 minutes of trial time it turned off, but all content already have authorized and it works.

We need to wait Bioware. Hard times for us. We have to hope that a lot of people get this bug. If is not, we will just be ignored.

Yeah, it really seems to be almost a non-solution for you. Kind of like for those of us who have the From Ashes dlc being able to start a new game, but without access to the dlc (and we still can't play MP).

I wish I had saved the log of what they talked about with me. He took a good 10~ minutes pulling up info on something, and the only thing he had me try to do on my end was delete the offline cache. I told him I'd already reinstalled/repaired/checked for updates and everything then he worked whatever magic he worked.

Like I mentioned before when I logged into origin it said I was already logged in in another location so it's something on their end. (He/she was logged in to my account looking at something or whatever)

It was a very short conversation, all he asked me was what platform(pc obviously) and for my product key. :/

I wish all of you guys some luck, maybe they'll get this stupid issue fixed asap or you can at least get a tech who knows wtf they're doing.

Sounds like my first interaction with them on Saturday - they must have grabbed my login temporarily, and after releasing it the tech was adamant I would have a button to reinstall the DLC - no, I did not - it was already installed. Tech didn't listen, I gave up and resorted to posting screenshots.

Still no news here either, this is SO frustrating - they will notice eventually, they will fix it eventually, but how long do we have to wait?! Keep contacting them, keep posting here, must keep positive...

I'm thinking that maybe Bioware should just give those of us that have a registered online pass in our game entitlements another online pass code to see if that fixes the problem.

Granted, I doubt it will, but you never know. Seems like that would be the simplest thing to try at this point...

Anybody have any new updates from their EA help tickets today? I still haven't received any update on mine yet.

I'll be sending some more PMs and adding some notes to my ticket when I get home from work this afternoon.

NOTHING new... I tried this fly vpn and it worked for multi , finally no authorization BS too bad when i turned it off the game lost connection to internet and had to restart then the error reappered.
Too bad the trial of this lasts only 20 minutes and then automatically cut off the connection (so the game crashes too) and I wont be monthly payin for FREE DLC LOL

Dang! That's no good. Twenty minutes isn't even enough to get through one MP match! I'll just have to say it again:

BIOWARE devs PLEASE COMMENT ON THIS ISSUE!!!! Do NOT ignore this problem!!!

i got it fixed! I i write in english so everyone understands.. well i siply got an email by shruti from ea cust. service . .he wrote he found a new product code of my game when he looked up my account .. so i went to origin and took the new code inside. voila! new N7 Collectors edition pass and everything worked again! connected and can play MP And SP with DLC again! .. . thanks . . guess it was because the new DLC . .cus i didnt see it before .. well just wanna let you know . .thanks .. have fun .. hope works for you too now..

Ehh I know its all about IP ,when I was using FLYVPN it worked. (the program changes your ip [and do other things] :D) then I used AOL to change my ip to americans one - and it worked too.
problems ? YE! You have to pay monthly fee for FLYVPN(otherwise you have only 20 minutes) and similiar free programs didnt work.
And with aol and other stuff that changes your ip the problem is ULTRA LAG. So mayby now when You know whats the problem mayby you will find the solution ?
Additionaly tech support live chat is hillarious just not to fix your problems.

Edit: I also copied and pasted your post in a note on my help ticket, so whoever gets assigned to my case can have a quick reference. I encourage everyone else with this problem to do the same!

I'm not sure it's an IP issue - two completely different subnets and I have the same trouble - though it could be a different issue you have. Perhaps my IP changed too often for EA's liking and they blocked me on that basis? I had a very static IP til last week when I had some Verizon issues. But even on my phone's wireless hotspot (via Sprint) I have the same issues. Perhaps once you change more than a few times you are locked out til they unlock it...

Glad you got it working - did you keep your progress on SP saves and MP packs or were they reset when you got the code?

having thought about it, the coincidence of my recent router troubles (which I resolved yesterday) lead to me having 5 different IP addresses in a week. It is a good theory, so I'll see if I can do the phone chat with the advisors for you and will let you know if I get anywhere.

Righty... update:

Just got on the chat again, and the chap I spoke with was far more empathic than the one yesterday, which honestly, does help...

More over he did understand the nature of my problem, which was a big bonus given the circumstances...

He provided me with a code that, once redeemed, re-enabled From Ashes DLC. Code didn't mention "From Ashes" at any point during the redemption process, just "description not available".

However he couldn't get his head around the problem with MP, because based on the information he had the pass for MP was only necessary on PS3/Xbox360, not on PC...

He has escalated the issue, now I have to wait until they contact me...

I am a simple mind, and someone "on the other side of the line" acknowledging my problem and empathising with it makes me feel better. It doesn't fix the problem, but it does ease my frustration...

We'll see how the situation develops... For now at least I can play SP from my saves again with all the additional content... And seeing how mediocre I am in MP not many people will be crying for my absence :D
