Uniting Geth and Quarians without imported Character

Im sorry if this already exists, but i had the feeling that this question in particular has never been asked before.
Is it possible to unite the Geth AND Quarians both to your cause without importing a savegame from ME1 or ME2?
P.s.:
If not, although im sticking to a little hope, do someone knows enough about that "savegame editor" to help me set the right flags?

Legion's loyalty mission (not sure if your decision matters)
Tali's loyalty mission (She must not have be exiled I think)
Resolving Tali and Legion's argument
As for the save editor, here is the one for ME3

I haven't used it yet, but it should work like it did in ME2. Speaking of which, here is a nice guide that will help if you are on Xbox. I unfortunatley do know what the specific flags are, but the events I mentioned above might help.

Its for the ME2 editor, but it should work the same way.
Hope that helps.

ME2
Stopping Tali from being exiled: 2 points
Resolving Tali and Legion's argument with Para/Rene: 1 point
Destroying the Heretics: 2 points
ME3
Rescuing Zal'Koris: 1 point
Destroying geth fighter base: 1 point
So it is possible to get it if you rewrite the Heretics, but it's impossible without an imported game (barring mods)

An updated save editor will probably be out soon that will allow you to make those decisions, yes.

Had to flag some things with the ME3 savegame editor. Now on my mission on Rannoch, i can respond here if it went well, if needed.

You need 5+ "points" in order to resolve.

Resolving Tali and Legion's argument with Para/Rene: 1 point

Rescuing Zal'Koris: 1 point

I did all of those except managing to resolve Tali and Legion's argument and it still won't let me chose to save both.

I don't think it's possible right now to save the Geth & Quarians w/o an import.

I completely understood the position of the Quarians who hadn't been introduced to Legion because the Geth offer nothing at all to make them appear to be anything other than faceless machines.

Tali not being exiled is worth alot as is destroying the Heretic Geth. Both of those being out of reach for non-imports make it impossible to them to save both sides.
