So I missed some model ships in me2. Anyway to get them in me3? Kinda annoying looking at Shepard's room and seeing those empty spaces.

You can find models on the ship and in stores.

I looked everywhere on the ship and only found 3. I know there's more than that too. There were none in the war room crates and only one under engineering. Are they supposed to pop up later?

A post I made some time ago with the locations of ALL models.  Note, only a few will be in ME 3 unless you purchased them in ME 2.  And ported the save.
