It's still Aria. She is sexy and funny at the same time.

Even she is not what I call hot, that elder daughter of Samara from Monastery (the one bombing herself) looks inhumanly beautifull.

Tough call, but Jack wins for me, in both ME2 and ME3. Maybe one of the most strikingly pretty faces of a videogame character, ever (and considering Miranda's based on Yvonne Strahovski, that's saying something!).
