Liara, I'm sorry but as much as I like Jack as a character, she is fugly. Miranda in real life is cute(Yvonne) but ingame she is... Challenging to find most sexy. Ashley is beautiful outside of her nose. Shiala is cute as well as most Asari. I really like Aria a lot but no one trumps Liara, easily the best looking character in gaming as a whole.
Triss is absolutely beautiful though, she gets honorable mention.
