Hmmm, sexiest male is probably Steve Cortez or one of my custom Shepards, my Vanguard Devon Shepard. Sexiest female is probably Jack, she's always been beautiful, and now that she's wearing actual clothes, she looks even better. Honorable mention goes to Councilor Tevos, though she looked better in ME1 (dat lighting).
