How about a Mass Effect 3 ending contest, where fans could write the ME3 ending they want to see? You could pick the top three and have your fans vote on their favorite. You could then develop it for DLC. This would be the ultimate gesture of good-will, not to mention completely ground-breaking. At the very least, you could have the contest and award the winner with, I don't know, free ME DLC for life or a future ticket to the premiere of the ME movie.
