From Ashes content missing?

I didn't see a discussion on this elsewhere.

The first thing I did when I got Mass Effect 3 was to purchase From Ashes. Because Protheans are cool! I waited patiently for it to download, and now it shows with a checkmark in the DLC menu.

I am one bonus mission away from Thessia, and have done other content. I figured that it would show up as I complete N7 missions... but the Internet has told me that it should have appeared from the get go.

Furthermore, I've now learned that the Alternate Appearances has not unlocked either.

Could someone assist me with this?

I'm having the same problem.  I just completed Thessia and I still haven't recieved an email or orders from Admiral Hacket to investigate Eden Prime (that's where the mission is supposed to begin).

I have read about people visiting Thessia with Javik, and I was really hoping to do just that. That's why I went to research it right before Thessia.

Ugh, just had a really unpleasant chat with an EA Live Agent. The guy all but accused me of lying because I do not have a Purchase Confirmation email. Something, somewhere broke and it would appear I have to contact Microsoft now. How wonderful...

At which point the chat was ended on his side. Wonderful, you could just come out and call me a liar...

I suspect the issue is with the fact that I purchased the content using the in-game "downloadable content" button.
