Seeing Liara's 'father' as somewhat more attractive after a couple of drinks
ME3 = standing still and a cheap 'n' cheerful camera fade-to-black from edge of screen.
Waking up on the sofa next to Aria or in an elevator.
Why was that great getting drunk vfx removed and the funny in-jokes like that not referenced?.

# Krogan head-butting contest and alien bar-fights (Aria puts up C-sec bail, Capt.Bailey expresses surprise / disappointment).
# Seeing Aliens as far more attractive than they actually are! (how far could you take this game mechanic?); sneaking out of random hotel room with [insert alien of choice] still in bed in the background?. - Having to see Dr.Chakwas for varren-scale itch? (because your Cmdr.Shep can't stop scratching).
# Terrible Purgatory dancing with absolutely no inhibitions!
# Glasses back on the bars not picking up a glass from immediately infront of you so it is obscured from player POV
# Bartenders to talk to like the Turian, like Liara's dad and listening to their funny dialogue.
