Citadel: Hanar Diplomatic quest

SPOILER ALERT
I started the Hanar diplomatic quest (those who give you Jondum Bau), and I found the first terminal. After that, I flown out from the Citadel. When I got back into the Citadel, I tried to complete the quest and I found the second terminal, but I wasn't able to interact with it. I read on other forums that there's a bug: if you start this quest and you don't complete it immediately, you won't be able to complete it for ever.
Is that true? Waht about you, did you complete this quest?

Run the Editor. Press Open on the top bar, and select the appropriate career and save file.
Select the Raw tab and scroll down to Other. From here, find the category that says "Streaming Records" and click on it, then look to the far right of the table for the [...] looking button . Click on that.
Find the "Add" button at the bottom of the box, and create a new entry named "SS_HanarPlot" (no quotation marks!) and set the "Active" option to "True". Hit OK.
Don't forget to press the Save button at the top before closing the editor! Start ME3, load your file, and the terminal should be active again!
I hope that helps everyone out, it's only a temporary fix until Bioware can patch it themselves but until then, this is the only way I know how to do it without an extra save.

However thanks, but I forgot to say that I've got a Xbox 360.
