 Some of my favorite parts of ME3 were the little, ambient details - namely the squad commradery and interaction.

What was everyone's favorite squad members for which missions?

I took James with Liara for the Thessia mission and I loved hearing him go on about the asari commando that was giving air support. Then in the temple, you really see a giant culture difference when Liara is coming face to face with her species origins and James is commenting on her initial denial.

Garrus and Liara for Sur'Kesh. The banter with Wrex is made of pure magic.

Garrus and EDI for Grissom Academy. If you're in a relationship with Garrus Jack is hilarious, and if you sent David Archer to Grissom, he and EDI banter.

Taking Garrus along on the Geth Dreadnaught with a Shepard who romanced Tali - listening to him be the third wheel while Shepard and Tali flirt with each other is hilarious ("Um, I was there when you two had your thing, remember? Just... get a room and work it out"). 

Plus some of the other dialogue is pretty funny, like when Tali gives Shepard the new Arc Pistol:
Garrus: "How come I don't get a new gun?"
Tali: "I couldn't find one in your size."

I'm going to make a DudeShep soley because I want to see that romance play out first hand, and I keep seeing people mention that mission.

Definitely VS!LI on Cerberus base.

One of the most powerful moments when the VS and Shepard realize what truly happened.

Really any of the squad on the Geth Dreadnaught is funny. Especially when EDI explains in some cases. "Thank You, EDI" And if you ended up with Tali after Ash things can get catty lol.

Loved having Javik on Thessia too.

VS is the Virmire Survivor.

Ash does the third wheel with Shep and Tali on the dreadnaught too - was funny. Anyone on the From Ashes opening if you walk straight to the edge of the dig as you start the mission - messing with Liara....

Almost anything EDI says.

One thing I was hoping for when we got the Horizon mission was that the VS would get some great lines and talk about how they regret what they said last time they were there.

-- Almost anyone tagging along with Shep/Tali LI during the Dreadnought (as well as other Tali LI specifics on Dreadnought/Rannoch).
-- Jack's various responses to party members on Grissom mission.
-- Not just Javik but anybody brought along if the Javik DLC is active starts pointing out to Liara how Prothean things look in the temple

EDI is really weird on missions. You'll hear her talking to you from the Normandy sometimes, and from right next to you other times. There's a few funny bits when old ME2 squadmates see her in the body though.

Kaidan's got some good lines on the Ardat-Yakshi mission, but they're overrided by basically any other squadmate except Javik.

Garrus and Tali on the intro to the Dreadnought mission while having romanced none of them.
Garrus talks about dextro-amino food and how Dr. Michell gave him Turian chocolate as a present.
Tali: "She gave you Turian chocolate?"
Garrus: "Yeah, why?"
Tali (slightly jealous and cutely shy): "Oh, nothing..."

You have to hear it. The voice acting is superb and hilarious. I almost peed my pants.


Also, everything with Wrex. Wrex is made out of pure awesomeness.
