I wonder if her boobs feel natural or are they stuck in one place like metal blobs?
My Shepard will make it a point to find out.,

Well the way I see it if you're going to do a sex scene, make a real ****ing sex scene. I don't need the Witcher 2 romp after finding the Rose of Rememberance, but Ashley should at least take her bra off. Seriously, when I saw her wake up with it on I felt like I was in the "young adult" secion of the book store about to get a PSA on safe sex. Kinda broke the moment.
"Oh God I've loved you for years, mourned your death, and now that I finally have you back I want to physically express myself but leave my bra on!" For anyone who's ever been in love, that makes no sense.
Love, I think you'll find, isn't simply about getting the clothes off and getting down to business. That is a part of the process, but certainly not the whole deal.
The trouble with the scenes as they are is.. as far as I can tell, the American market? Get it going ME 1 style will probably cause more trouble than Bioware can be bothered to deal with, they probably saw the ending furore coming already. Don't want the media against them too? I don't know.

Can you imagine Fox News commenting on Same-sex anything in a game favorably?

Do you guys remember a game called saboteur ? I believe It was an EA game and you could unlock nudity in the game . They could of did something like that not porn just PG-13 to R.

And heck they don't even show anything in Mass Effect one except some side body shots and side boobage but no graphic stuff, and I guess in Liara's scene we see her butt, big woop.

You obviously didnt romance Liara did you?

Yeah, I'm just saying if you're going to show 2 people, ostensibly in love, having sex, then they should behave like two people in love having sex. Or at least a closer approximation than what Bioware gave us.

The Liara scene was on par with ME1, I did not expect that. Too bad the other scenes are PG13.

I think it's as close as it gets without the polygons themselves stripping and getting it on. I can see where you're coming from, but does it affect your satisfaction (no pun intended) to such a degree that the game is unplayable because the characters are getting it on in their undies? If it does then I imagine there may be some way of fixing it via mods, unsanctioned, of course.

Yeah, I want to pay to see the dancer nude.

If I had not seen the Ashley romance scene from ME1 then I don't think that I would have a problem with the ME3 romance scence. Up till the ME1 scene, I had not expected any nudity. I did not expect anything beyond a fade to black. But then the scene started and she crawled to shepard with a brief view of her butt and that was it. I thought that was sufficient enough to say that "Yeah, we are making a game. It is art. It is like a movie, and is no longer going to be treated in the realm of all video games should be treated as kid's games when it comes to sex. If gory graphic violence is okay, then a tiny glimpse of a woman's behind should go unapposed."
So I expected Bioware to hold up this train of thought for ME3 (I did not romance anyone in ME2) and instead I see that they bowed to pressure from the media and I am treated with the Katherine Heigl experience. What do I mean by that? Well, in every movie that she does where there is a sex scene (Knocked up for instance) she always has her bra on. Who the hell has sex with their bra on? Nobody. The scene becomes unbelieveable and I am reminded that she is just an actress ashamed of her body, not the character she is portraying in the movie. If you don't want to show anything, but you know the movie calls for it, DONT TAKE THE PART. We will get somebody else in there with a pair of ovaries.
So the same thing happened to the ME3 romance with Ashley, bra and panties, and I was reminded that this is now once again a kids game and we can't show nudity. I am not asking for full on penetration, but just a brief glimpse to show that Bioware is being mature about this and are not ashamed. Whenever I snipe somebody in the head, you don't replace that with the helmet just flying off and the guy getting knocked unconscious do you? All I ask is that you show the same amount of realism for love as you do for war.
Oh no, I may have started the "HOLD THE LINE, GET LOVE SCENES CHANGED with DLC" movement. Bioware is going to have their hands full.

Of course not, it's a nitpick. Hell I laughed at it. My beef is with the endings, the rest of the game I'd give a 9/10, with the PG-13 sex scenes taking maybe 0.3/10 off.

Well honestly when I saw a video of the shower scene I was left chuckling and scratching my head. It wouldn't have affected my enjoyment in any way at that point, I was loving the game.
I fully agree on the endings, and all the noise coming around so far is disappointing to say the least. Bioware holding the cards close to their chest is one thing, but people being counter-productive by clamouring for refunds at this early stage must really affect all considerations for any DLC endings that may or may not be on the table.
