 I'm on my second playthrough right now with an re-imported ME3 character. Whenever I try to dock Cronos Station to attack the Illusive Man's base I get stuck in an endless loading screen. This happens always with the character in question. Even after I loaded an earlier save and played to that point again. It didn't happen on the first playthrough but I don't have a save around the point to test if it would occur now. Right now I have to assume that the problem is linked to my save game.

Any ideas what I can do?

Steps already done: repaired install in Origin, set graphic settings to lowest, cleared browser cache (thx Origin support )

Having the same problem. When I jump to Horsehead Nebula animation freezes for about 15 seconds when ship is in the loading screen (hitting relay), after that game resumes. Then when I'm finally about to dock Cronos Station I'm getting stuck in Loading screen with Normandy floating in space and "Loading circle" spinning in the bottom right corner.

I thought maybe it could take some time but after 5 min no progress. It makes a nice screensaver thou, but I really like to kick some Cerberus b*tt.

Somebody help me :|

Hey guys, I managed to fix it! Open Origin and right click on ME 3, then select Repair. After repair finishes you can finally kick Cerberus ars

Was the first, second and third step I took. Didn't help

While Origin support directed me to the forums for technical support I just noticed social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/344/index/9260154 where you get told to talk to Origin support about your problems. So I contacted them again and got the same representative I talked to last time. Apparently this is a known issue and they're working on it. He noticed that after I pointed out that all his fixes don't work and redirecting me to the forums is not a solution. So I have a bad feeling with that statement. He did not want any additional information or data to help tracking down that issue.

Let's hope they really work on that game-breaking issue and find a solution soon I'm stuck for a week now.

I had a problem on the citadel that was similar, I changed graphic settings via the config tool, especially the level of Ani filtering, then loaded my game, seemed to help, cant vouch for everyone, but its something to try?

Still occurs after installing the latest patch. Like I stated in my first post I already tried changing graphics settings to no effect :/

Any idea how to solve this? I've encountered the same issue today. Went to Cerberus base and clicked Dock, got a cutscene with Liara and the nightmare.
Then i suddenly ended up in the war room with Hacket showing on coms but the screen was black.

I saved and reloaded again but nothing i can't dock on Cerberus base.

I was never able to solve that issue and got no help from support.

Hmm i loaded a savegame from a while back and it suddenly worked.
After i got to the point to attack Cerberus i went back to explore/get all reinforcement thingies (got 11k war attributes now @ 99%) I tried attacking Cerberus before i scanned the whole galaxy (thought i couldn't do it with Reapers everywhere but encountered a post/video that showed you could). So maybe you should load up a savegame from earlier maybe that settles things for you?


It went like this :
- Scene with Samantha (while i had 1 with liara before..)
- Got the nightmare scene.
- I endup with hacket on coms and asks me 'go now' or 'need more time'
- i chose go now.
And it worked.

Maybe 1 of my savegames was corrupt since it showed me with Liara before (like it should) and got Samantha and suddenly it works. I dunno what's going on here though but i think there's some kinda save game editor out there maybe i can check what flags are set and what not.
