The question is now, which character would you take home to meet your parents?

Oh I'll bite on this one although it's against my better judgment. I'd so totally bring Thane home to meet my parents. They wouldn't even bat an eye lash or question me. They know me and they know that I've never walked the normal or sane path.

As a friend I'd bring Garrus home. As a girlfriend it'd be Tali. She's got skills outside of killing people, I imagine her and my dad would get along talking about engineering and stuff like that.

Mum would probably be annoyed at having to find dextro-amino food though...don't think it's in our local supermarkets...

Kaidan, as my Shep actually goes anywhere without him. It'd make for the most normal conversation, as long as the topic of, "So you're the one sleeping with my daughter?" is avoided. Assuming that Spacer mum made it out of ME3 alive and somehow Shep did, too.

Unless you mean my real parents? In that case, Ashley. I have the feeling that she and I would probably make good friends IRL. Plus, she doesn't raise any red flags, shares my mom's religious views, and is just an easy going, agreeable, fun person.
Although, I do admit that bringing along Garrus, Liara, or EDI would be a hoot.

While I would love to bring Kaidan home...the whole "gay thing" wouldn't go over too well. Worse if it were a darker man like Cortez. Or an alien at that. Jack wouldn't last a minute and Miranda would be evil-eyed to death by my sisters.

Safest bet would be Ashley....

Oh, wow,  I'm sorry your family wouldn't accept that if that's what you wanted.  That seems short-sighted and unfair.  I hope they become more supportive.

@ LadyofRivendell - my family is crazy as hell, mostly in a good way.
