If the wakeup, Marauder Shields, Citadel and Space Magic scenes exist only in imagination, and you resist the indoctrination it means, that all the Reaper influence is gone, right?

That means TIM (who clearly survives if Indoctrination Theory is right) has mind of his own again. I say its rather good news, cause Earth needs some rebuilding.
