So I received my N7 Defender code from my preorder, but they gave me a PS3 for my Xbox preorder. Can anyone give me a link to a support page where I can contact EA/Bioware? I've had no luck so far, the best I could do was find EA Help, and it was just a bunch of FAQs, none of which was mine.

I'm useless with Twitter, so I'll save it as a last resort. Honestly though, if this is the only way of getting in contact with them in regards to this issue, seeing as this Technical Support are is mostly used by other users, I'm very disappointed.

https://help.ea.com/?showhome=true Try this one. I've had fairly poor one-time experience with their Live Chat support, but your mileage may vary. Maybe use the phone option?

Alright, told to contact Gamestop. I don't know how effective that'll be considering I no longer have the receipt or anything, but I'll try regardless.

You are to contact the store you pre-ordered the game from. Tell them what happened and how they can fix it.
