So, it doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes I get stuck in an area and eventually I start to fall through the game world. I believe if my memory serves me correctly I was playing an asari Vanguard in the reactor base (can't remember the name) when it happened and as a human female Engineer on Firebase Giant (I think that's the one with the giant radio telescopes out in the desert).
Just curious if this happened to others & if BioWare was aware of the issue.

Last I heard this is a Vanguard Biotic Charge bug, caused by server lag.
To prevent it, either don't play Vanguard or always host the game (instead of looking to join one)
