How do I let someone with Bioware know that I tried buying a Spectre pack and lost the credits, and got nothing in return after I reset the game?

same thing happened to me i tried to buy 2 veteran and 1 recruit pack but it failed to process and told me if this keeps happening contact support. So a dev can tell me how i can recover my lost 55k credits.
Message me as i often dont tend to read thru pages of forums to find solution so pls message me thanks.

This happened to me when I tried to buy a veteran pack. I got the 'can't process the transaction now' message and figured I'd try again later. I still had my credits at that point. Next time I load up multiplayer the credits are gone but I have no veteran pack. Went to the store and still nothing. Ripped off!

This just happened to me earlier tonight. I tried to buy the premium veteran pack and got the same messages all of you had. Quit to the XMB and then jumped back into MP only to find that my credits were gone and I had received nothing in return.

EA customer support: 1-650-628-1001. I will be calling them when they open at 7cst about 2 spectre packs I paid for, and had the money taken from my wallet but no packs were givin. I got this number from psn customer.support after they said it was EAs issue, but they sure took my money didn't they.

I've had the same problem last night and this morning, but this also occurred last week. Not only did I lose my credits trying to purchase spectre pack's and veteran pack's, I lost the levels i gained from the matchs. I turned off the ps3 and came back to multiplayer to see that credits were gone and 2 levels I just earned.

I lost credits trying to buy a pack and when I tried buying that new 33000 pack with my wallet, the system froze then crashed. I've been checking my transactions to make sure they didn't charge me because I received nothing for both packs.

It's all the packs that take either money or credits. The recruit packs seem to be working fine. Talked to EA and they said they knew about it and were gonna fix it soon and ppl will get what they were owed but I don't see how when it's already processed. Idk we will see.

Really funny it has only happened to me when I use credits, but not when I use cash... are you trying to tell me something EA???

Same problem for me also ive lost 120k creds and 1.99 so far that makes me a saaaaadddd panda

Yeah same here ive lost a whole boat load of credits as well. I hope they figure out the issues soon.

So far I have not lost any actual money, but several credit-paid packs have just vanished, giving me nothing.

So far I've lost 60k in credits and $2.89 in cash. I'm really hesitant to buy any packs with credits or money at this point. Idk.

Support knows of the issue and the devs are working on it. So they said. That was 5 days ago. What I do know is that you do actually get new items when you restart. You just don't know what they are unless you have a checklist. And thanks to Jitawa & Narida you can find that checklist here: http://narida.pytalh...p_checklist.pdf

It sucks. I've been using it until those devs give us a patch for a bummer bug.
