Did a quick search and didn't see this... on my 2nd playthrough I supported the "Angry C-Sec Officer" (the one who wants to shift focus from petty crimes to larger issues) because I didn't want to lose those couple of points... even though I like the other response better haha.
Anyway, when I got back on the Normandy I saw that the war asset was updated to say that they were focusing on petty crimes/misdemeanors and I had lost a couple points, even though I supported the "big picture" guy.

Good to know others are having the same issues. Probably need to wait for DLC before an actual patch is released.

I had this bug too. When i checked the war assets it said C-Sec chose to focus on petty crimes and i was like "WTF?".
